SLINGFEST NASHVILLE 2021 DAY RIDE INFO!!!!

Here are the day ride descriptions for Friday and Saturday. The night ride time and route will be announced later. Please make sure you come to the registration tent to sign up for rides.

    Friday 9am ride:

A 2 -3 hour round trip through the rolling hills in northern central Tennessee just north of Nashville.

    Friday 2pm ride:

2.5 hours - Crossing thru the eastern side of metro Nashville you will travel to the hills south of Lebanon, near cedars of Lebanon State park, back along Percy Priest Lake and return to the hotel.

Rumor has it if you pay attention you might see a Zebra or two.

    Saturday 9am ride:

5 hours- 84 mile ride east on I-40 to exit 300.

105 mile ride through the hills and twisties north of Cookville TN. Including the southern part of the ACES and EIGHTS motorcycle road which contains various switchbacks,( 9 back to back)hairpin turns and stretches of snake like runs.. Then cross country via more fun and challenging roads back to I-40 for a 52 mile return trip. About 5 hrs with several stops including lunch.

I have the SS seats. Wife asked to upgrade after sitting in Bu11sh1t seats at the homecoming event. She hasn't asked for much on the sling and doesn't complain about my spending so when she said she wanted them I turned the designer over to her and had her make what she wanted. Wife wants to spend money on the sling who am I to argue?

Anyways, something to note that I didn't see mentioned as far as one of your issues. The seat bottoms velcro in. So if we're stopped somewhere the sun may be an issue we unlatch the seat bottoms and set them down in the floorboard out of the sun. When it's time to go we just attach them back real quick and they're cool to the cheeks.

TheWickedReaper DANG, I saw that sling there with those graphics but i didnt make the connection or I would have looked you up to say hello , Wendy's graphics were pretty nice too eh

Yeah same, I didn't realize you were there or I would've tried to find you and visit for a bit. Everything went so fast, I got there at 5 that morning to help unload and clean her sling. Spent the rest of the day helping with the tshirt stand. It all went by so fast didn't really get to conversate much. Some reason I thought you were stuck on the other side of the border.

I agree, that entire Slingshot from one end to the other was jaw dropping to see in person.

Well... not today but this weekend, still trying to recover today. Up to Indy for SavannahStrong. Wonderful trip, little wet, but worth every rain drop to be able to be apart of such a wonderful group and show support that literally stretched further than the eye could see...

Well... if that didn't make me feel like crap for thinking hookers halfway thru reading it...

I appreciate that. I was rather fortunate. Seems like it was some kind of drywall mud. I didn't catch it until the next day but it was dry by then and started flaking off. Hit it with the hose for a bit and eventually got it all off. Went over the spots with some spray detailer and all seems well. Not gonna lie, pretty sure I couldn't breathe for a minute when I first saw it.
