That is a concern and I'm 6'1". I just don't want to spend that much on one item out of the gate...wife is already watching me close lol.
I also found that a removable steering wheel is a great help with getting in & out...I am 6'1" also...

I have the gull wing style now (not the one in the pic) it's very easy to get in & out of the cab.
Back when I was riding a GW I could meet other bikes & get a wave "unless" I met a Harley 99% of the time nothing, one day I was following a group of Harleys (not riding with them) & we met some other Harleys & they waved at all the Harley guys, but not the GW...I found it very funny.
Stopped at a Burger King yesterday to use the rest room & I didn't want anything to eat, but I asked for a small coke (just because I used the restroom) the girl at the counter that will be $2.50 I was shocked.
I found the problem, the front one on the passengers side needed to be adjusted, after I put the DDM extended hood brackets in place...all is good now....
Has anyone put the rear (next to the windshield) hood latches in the locked position with the hood open & left the front latches unlocked & then put the front in the locked position & when the fronts locked the rears would unlock?
Reason I ask the question is my rear latch on passengers side will not lock when the hood is closed but all others do..
Talked with Dave this morning & he said the hood weighted about 40 to 50 lbs & also he had never sat the hood on the roof, but didn't see any problem with doing it.
Anyone know how much a SS hood weights? And will a Thermal R&D Raptor Roof Top support the hood weight without any damage to the roof top?
I know what the Dumbocrat's are trying to do...but the truth is in Nov. vote Trump (no matter if you like him or not) or "KISS YOUR ASS GOOD BYE"
Shoot! I might fly out just for that.
What is the best airport to fly into to get to Maggie Valley?
I think Knoxville, Tennessee....
If there are any supply chain issues Biden will blame it on this just like everything else that has gone to shit !!
It's Trumps fault like anything else that Biden has f**ked up....
And VOTE....
If we really want to get to the "OLD DAYS" --- some of the cars had the starter button on the floor under the clutch... Maybe Doug knows which ones...
Some Buicks had the starter switch under the gas pedal, turn the key on & push the gas pedal & the engine would turn over....I think the 1953 model was one of them.
Really surprised that no one has said this is 1964 Ford Galaxy not a 1962 as posted, and it is a XL..
Back when I had the stock exhaust (before the side pipes) I never had a problem with fumes, just heat from the muffler & the exhaust noise in front of me.
Anyone see the start of Bristol today? If you are watching, look at the lack of people in the grand stands. Does not look like the stands are even half full. Remember back years ago when someone had to die for you to get a ticket to the race. All that I can say is NASCAR has done this to themselves. I turned to the race just to see how many people are in the stands.
With the price of tickets & anything else you buy to wear or eat at the track I am not surprised.
Just pick up a few more --- in the mail in the am.
Got mine today & also got the extra gas money...Thanks
being facetious. A woman making a speech from the kitchen. It's kinda old fashioned, pre-1960's. not 2024.
Old fashion is what's needed today...back when people would work for a living, kids had good manners, people were not all about #1, kids could read "long hand & tell time on a clock"...thank god I was raised in the pre-1960's...
And she is a "BAMA" girl...
Reminds me of a 1963 Honda Dream 305.
