@Flybuddy That is one awesome SS. I think you done an outstanding job putting that together and flowing nicely. Now if there was a way you could add a vertical stab how cool would that be lol just my opinion. But like i said just outstanding job.

Welcome aboard, after your first test drive your hooked. I drove two wheel bikes half my life, after test driving the SS i said where do i sign lol.

@Drew71646 and @Trooper, if you want a smoother ride you really do want the adjustable shocks. The roads in town in NWA are terrible too. The adjustable shocks can be set for a much smoother ride than the standard shocks. I put QA-1s on my first SS and it was a drastic improvement. My wife's SS has QA-1s and I love how it rides compared to my new SLR. Changing mine over to JRI's, hopefully before Eureka.
If you want some stock shocks with about a thousand miles on them I would be happy to bring them to Eureka a give them to you. BTW, I will also have a set of black and orange SLR springs available soon.Thanks. But I've been meaning to call Matt i think is his name at alpha. I think he has a set of the hydraulic shocks i am wanting. Just get sidetracked lol

I just ordered me a set of fender speaker pods and was wounding if any body has a set? If so How did you run your speaker wires? from what i can tell i will have to drill a hole in the side of the fender to run them. I am getting ready to install a rockford fosgate marine radio and speakers. Thanks.

The added cost mainly. The adjustable appear to add about $700 in cost. I rarely ride fast and never intend to go on a track. Roads in South Arkansas are rough. Looking for a smoother ride.
I second that @Drew71646 the roads here are terrible. what is your time frame on when you were wanting to paint? if you want to save a little cash i will help you take the panels off.

Good luck on calling or emailing TopCoat, I have done both and never heard a word back.
I do not like the sound of that. i will try calling Monday and see what happens.

Is anybody using a rockford fosgate marine radio? I am more of a fosgate fan since i have 2 amps over 20plus yrs old and still bumping. I do like @The Wizard set up and @MACAWS first set up.

@mytoy How long did it take to get your topcoat in? Been waiting for about two weeks on mine, think it is time for a phone call.

I have a set of hydraulic right height system that is deeply discounted. The shock body's have little scratches here and there from adjustment. Springs, pump, lines, hardware etc is all new. The shocks have also been completely torn down and rebuilt and the system comes with full warranty. MSRP is $4999 this set is $2900 shipped
More info on the system here:Gloss red intake kit: $350.00 shipped
Air box is scratched but once installed and filter is in place you will not see the scratch. The pipe is also scratched. It is on the bottom side so it will not be seen once installed.
Give me a call 715-600-2024 if you are interested. Thanks!
I am assuming these shocks are sold?
