This forum will be great. We are off to a great start with no major complaints that I have seen. " Let's make SS great again".

Anyone own an Outback Steakhouse around Conover NC? I will be sure to breakdown in the parking lot. That is my story and I am sticking with it.

Hi my name is Pam. I am the better half of Devonpam.
We have a 2016 base model bought last August. We have 2,100 miles on Fred(yes we named the SS).
We live in Southeast Missouri and heading to the SSIT's next month.
We can't wait to meet other SS owners and check out the great mods and get some ideas for Fred.
Pam
Hello Pam. You folks have a great and careful trip to Maggie Valley. Remember to bring all the good stuff with you such as rain gear, T-shirts, Shirts, UNDERWEAR OPTIONAL)

Even though I live only 125 miles from Maggie Valley, this will be our 1st SSITS rally (go figure). I have been to many Myrtle Beach and Daytona Rallys, but this one could really be special. Let the games begin. By the way, is there a night life in Maggie Valley?

Yes, we are on our way. Cheers to a new beginning, and a special thanks to our Administrators who had the insight to make things happen the right way.

The main reason I put the Alpha header on my Alpha turbo was to remove the adapter plate. Unless the 1320 header is a 4 bolt and made to fit the Alpha turbo after removing the adapter plate it wont work.
WingShot: If you got your Alpha header after your turbo was installed then maybe you can provide me with some insight on the following: (1) What benefits have you noticed with the Alpha Header other than it looking nice and spooling faster? (i.e. any noticeable changes in performance, MPG, sound) I am assuming you also had to get your ECM retuned by Bob and if so what did he charged you for the retune? Thanks

I also got the decal when it was first offered by Cam. It still looks new and sticks like glue. I used a hair dryer and it worked great. A heat gun is not necessary.

Sorry but glad you are OK!! I have not been caught in the rain yet but if I do, based on what I have read, I certainly will take it easy regardless of any traffic. Hope you can find the parts you need and get it fixed and back on the road.

If you build it, they will come!!!

Gotta show you the Alpha St 2 turbo. I kept the boost at 6 lbs.

Folks: I have the Alpha St 2 turbo and love it. However, getting more air thru the exhaust would be a nice benefit at a reasonable price. The thoughts I am having is the 1320 appears to be a great price for $395 versus $900 for the Alpha header. The price is a no brainer but the question remains, is this 1320 Edition 2 a good, reliable, and durable product since they did not state on their website what kind of stainless steel they used for this new header? They used 304 stainless steel for the 1st edition which would is not durable for a Hahn or Alpha turbo. I know that no one at this time has the answer but maybe Alpha, Hahn, 1320 can add some feedback. Who knows, maybe Henry will come down on his header price if this one works. Do not get me wrong, I certainly would prefer to stay with Alpha for the header setup.
I thought I had put this thread on the Turbo only forum but it appeared on the Discussion forum. Oh well, I am listed as a beginner.

I have been told that the lst 1320 performance header is not recommended with a turbo since it is made of 304 Stainless which is prone to crack under heat related stress. Now that 1320 has come out with their 2nd edition header mainly meant for aftermarket exhausts and turbos, I was wondering if anyone has any initial feedback on it. 1320 has certainly came out with a very reasonable price for it and I like to think they did their homework before making it available. I personally would like to stay with the turbo manufacturer I have but if this header works, it certainly will gain some interest and sales due to their reasonable price. It appears that the 1320 header has worked fine with NA engines so maybe this turbo one will work great for the folks who manufacturer SS turbos. Thoughts??

Crusher here from Conover NC. User name was Kenneth Miller on Slingshotforums if I am allowed to state that. Anyway, learning and working my way thru this forum to get knowledgeable but pretty self explanatory. RAB and Kenny H have done a tremendous job putting this together but wish one of them was an Alpha guy (just kidding, Alpha and Hahn make great products). In essence, glad to be here and see some of you at SSITS. I switched my user name to Crusher as that was my nickname when playing softball.
