All my pain went a way when my first wife moved out!
I know the feeling, been there and done that also. Bad, tension headaches

I don't do animals in the house. No pets, been there done that. May have to do again for security, but not before.

I tell everyone it is just bolts, one today and one tomorrow and you will have it together before you know it. Cleaned my river lot, spent 2 hours a day on it.
-
That is the way it will be.

You are not old yet, just wait until your back goes. I took the radiator out of my 1935 Ford in 2005 to put a new one in. It is still sitting in the back seat of the 35. Had back surgery at that time, fused two disc.

I wonder if Rab's isn't throwing a code because his ecu was remapped. Maybe Bob can answer that.
I have Bob's tune also, but I am NA.

It did finally reset after about the 12th time.

I agree if you don't mind looking at the light all of the time. It did finally reset after about the 12th time. Probably can just read the resistance across it and jump out with right resistance. That is for someone else to do, not me. Not enough info.

I tried to use the search function to find the trouble codes. I could not find anything so I thought we needed a thread for just the Trouble Codes. I unplugged the thing that @rabtech was talking about at the back of the motor and got this code ( O 660 15 ) with a 5 under it. So far with about 6 restarts it has not reset.

Lol, you`re right, consider it done. Sorry about the first photo, camera would not focus that close.
I told you it would help. Try to stay cool.

I see. So this will now become part of the ever growing pile of parts I have removed from the SS.
Thanks for the reply. I ran with it unplugged for a week at least and never had a check engine light. Then I started having those thoughts run through my head that maybe it was running different. I know it's a mind game. But I can't help myself.
Unplugged mine yesterday afternoon and now I have a trouble code. ( O 660 15 ) with a 5 under it. Plugged back in and after about 6 restarts has not reset yet. So what is the trouble code for, anyone?

You are supposed to be working on the change out, not playing on the computer. Get off of the computer and get the job done.

Nope, just fill it thru the top hose and reconnect. Then keep an eye on the tank level and keep it topped off as it gets rid of the air on it's own. It us to take me about a month to get all the air out of my 67 Corvette, checking the tank every day. Oh, I drove it every day also back in the day. I had it for 26 years.

Good, I was looking at the post hours
-
I do not believe @rabtech can wait until tomorrow to start this project.

Hey @FunCycle the runs that you make , you could ride over , help for four hrs and drive home. Just a walk in the park for you. You Sir ,are a real rider IMHO
Maybe an over night run. Turned over 29,000 miles today, another oil change in another 500 miles. By the time that I got there @rabtech would already have it installed.
-
Changed the angle drive oil today. The Royal Purple I put in 20,000 miles ago looked like mud and build up was on the magnet. Of course that is probably what it is supposed to look like after 20,000 miles.
-
Drive faster. You have a lot of work to do!
That was a long day, but I would imagine well worth it. Wish I were closer, I would be there to help you do the install.

Replaced the front angle drive seal again this morning ( warrenty ). First time was at 7,000 miles, this time at 29,000 miles. Also tomorrow I am going to change the gear oil again, 20,000 miles since I put the Royal Purple in the first time. Installed the new tire yesterday ( General AS-03 ) also changing the oil this week getting ready for Blairsville on the 28. Drove my buddies SS this morning, did not think it was going to stop, soft pedal and no master cylinder brace also with the stock pads. He also drove mine and said "Man What a Difference" he will order the brace and we will bleed the brakes again tomorrow. He also fell in love with the DDM short shifter. 101 degrees at 11 AM he also found out what it felt like to ride with a top. He has the flip up top on order.
