Here are the part numbers if you want the center windshield bracket on the newer windshields. There will be about a 1 inch space between the top of the bracket and the windshield. I was told that this is what you need to fill in the gap.I did not install these parts on my Sling. Just use my bracket for phone and mirror.

    80401811- Hardware Kit - $8.22
    99502830 - Rubber Spacer - $5.74

Call (763) 274- 7149 and ask for Kyle

    These are Polaris Part Numbers

Polaris has a spacer that will fit between the bracket and windshield. I will look for the part number. I elected not to install the spacer. Really do not get a lot of flex in the newer windshield and I just use the bracket for my cell phone and rear view mirror

And a 305 rear tire for @V-SHOT. Joan thought I was putting a lot of mods on my Sling. I showed her @V-SHOT list from Clarksville and she said that she did not think there were that many mods. She now thinks I should do more. Thank you Velma and @V-SHOT
Wait until she sees your list from Florida, and Christmas is just around the corner.

We will have you ready to go for sure no later than the evening of the 9th. If the trailer arrives on the 8th like they said, I see not reason why we cannot have your trailer ready that evening. I already have the tools ready to go. I am still trying to find some nice aluminum wheel chocks that we can mount to the trailer floor. if we mount the chocks, then you will have the Sling positioned on the trailer the same way every time you load it.

    @'V-SHOT

When are you leaving for Florida? We may have to pull a late night wrenching session to get your trailer ready. KayTwo has offered his help. Not sure when he is leaving for the Murphy, N.C. trip

@V-SHOT You really are not drilling completely thru the wood except for the bolt holes. they have a metal plate that goes under the trailer for added support. The plates are rated at 6,000 pounds each and the straps are also rated at 6,000 pound each.

Take a look today and let me know what you think.

Looking forward to it @KayTwo. We will do the trailer mods at my shop on Greenbrier Parkway and Military Hwy. we will let you know when. Should not take more than a couple of hours.

@V-SHOT. I have this all planned out. Really simple. Our Slings are 1740???? Pounds, not that heavy. Using 6,000 pound recessed tie down plates, and 6,000 pound tire tie down straps with ratchets. Still looking for some real nice aluminum wheel chocks that can be mounted to the trailers. We will use them as a stopping point when loading.

I went up to Leonard Trailers today and spoke to Kevin about the trailers. I also started planning on lash down points for the Slings. I think I have it figured out, and have ordered enough tire tie down straps, flush mounted tie down plates, nuts, bolts, and washers for two trailers. Think we should practice on @V-SHOT new trailer first. I want to thank @V-SHOT for his research on these trailers. Really think these trailers are going to be extremely
Nice. They are scheduled to arrive 11/7/2016. Only kidding @V-SHOT about using your trailer as a test platform.
