You are going to need more popcorn than that! As if Donald Trump didn’t have enough legal problems and bad juju, now he has another headache to deal with: a lawsuit filed yesterday in federal court in New York accusing him (along with billionaire Jeffrey Epstein) of raping a 13 year old girl in 1994 at a party at Epstein’s place. The allegations are quite lurid, and reek of similar underage-sex-slavery charges made against Epstein. The lawsuit itself is not that likely to go very far; it appears to be a rehash of a suit previously dismissed in California. The statute of limitations has long since run out, requiring the “Jane Doe” plaintiff to offer creative arguments for why she should be able to bring this up now. That said, there’s no statute of limitations in politics. Is there anything to this? We know, on the one hand, that nasty truths come out about political figures every campaign season. As a thrice-married admitted adulterer, Trump’s history doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence in this area, from bragging about bedding married women to his comments to Howard Stern about watching Paris Hilton’s sex tape to his weird habit of commenting on the sex appeal of his own daughter to embracing convicted rapist Mike Tyson to defending Bill Clinton himself in his sex scandals in the 1990s, just to pick a few examples. We know, on the other hand, that bogus sex scandals follow just about everyone who makes it to the national level in politics. Offhand, I believe Mitt Romney may have been the only major party nominee the past 25 years who never had anybody in the press try to shop a sex scandal story (real or bogus) about him. Voters mostly gave the benefit of the doubt to Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio when flimsy sex stories were run against them in the primaries. Trump’s great wealth and messy public personal life make him a big target for this sort of thing. Sometimes, we have to just look at the facts we have and use our judgment.

Dump the Trump!

The worst presidential candidate ever in American history!
-
With fewer than 90 days until Americans cast their vote for the next president on Nov. 8, Donald Trump is caught in a rough patch that – for the first time – he may not be able to wriggle his way out of.
TIME magazine examines Trump's "summer meltdown" in its Aug. 22 issue, writing that since his convention in Cleveland last month, the presidential nominee "has done almost nothing right by traditional standards."
So far, Trump's untraditional ways have served him well. But after a tumultuous two weeks that included feuds with top Republicans and with the parents of a slain Muslim-American soldier, an invitation for Russian hackers to find Hillary Clinton's missing emails, and most recently, an apparent joke about gun enthusiasts doing away with the Democratic nominee, Trump's antics are finally taking their toll at the polls. He now trails Clinton by an average of 8 points in recent national polls.

@Sling Beast you are absolutely correct - unless many are swayed by the upcoming debates. I hope it does not go the way that I expect with your candidate in office and she makes the best President ever if elected. Alternatively, if she does as I suspect, I want to be able to look my grandchildren in the eye and say I did everything within my power to stop it. If it were to go anywhere close to where I think Clinton will take us - what would you tell your grandchildren.

Hillary...got to spell her name right or you might go missing...ready Hillary is not fit to be POTUS!
The sad thing for you is she will be our next POTUS and it's not a damn thing you can do about that! Donald Trump does not have the backing of his own party! So we will see in November who wins my friend!

Sadly bro that is what at stake in this election - I know I kinda went all "lawyer" in my previous post but folks really need to understand what is at stake in this election.
What is at stake in this election is everyone has the right to vote for whomever they please. So you can't stand Hilary, I can't stand Trump. I know who I am voting for and not a soul can convince me otherwise. That is why we have freedom of speech to say as we please when we feel like it. I see so much hatred from both sides badgering one another on a daily basis, but when people say if you vote for Hilary that you are stupid. I am sure the other side feels the same way about the Donald. Everyone has their constitutional right to vote for any candidate of their choosing. May the best man or woman win!

Trump University was not a university — the New York State Education Department filed a lawsuit against it for operating without a NYSED license. (Its name was changed to the “Trump Entrepreneur Initiative.”) Trump is now the defendant in two class-action lawsuits filed in California along with one filed in New York by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who called the institution a “scam.” A New York court has refused Trump’s lawyers’ request to throw the case out. Now one California plaintiff, yoga instructor Tarla Makaeff, wants to withdraw from the suit, citing stress and health problems, but Trump’s lawyers won’t have it. Makaeff claims she was scammed out of $60,000. The New York lawsuit alone represents 5,000 victims, and there are more. Prospective students were lured by a free seminar, which was really the first part of a bait-and-switch scheme that led to attendees’ being pressured into increasingly expensive seminars, starting with a three-day, $1,495 seminar and culminating with a $35,000 “Gold Elite” program.
