My family has owned a bar next to a firehouse since I was a kid. What do you have against drunken firemen ? J/K
Not all drunk firemen, just one.

I'll deal with this just like the great SL wheel fiasco, inspect it and continue to play. Hopefully no drunk firemen involved.
Looks like there's enough for both of you.
Remember unless you admit your problem you're not an addict. I can quit whenever I want, I just don't want to right now.
Some pics of the pavement where it happened would be very helpful.
FYI this set of shocks is not slingshot spacific.
1/32 too long, I chose to trim instead of prying open the bracket.
@Red, why did you only need the fronts?
I had already installed the rear shock (QA1 double adjustable) I got from Leadfoot.
I only needed the front shocks so I ordered these with 250lb springs.

The only modification was to trim the upper metal sleeves a little.
After three hundred miles I am very happy, set on 7 for everyday use.
If it needs to be zeroed that only takes a few minutes with a computer plugged into the digital wrench port.
I've been using my old Nuvi in the slingshot and my jeep. Got caught in the rain so I shoved it in the glove box. Any GPS will work, unfortunately the motorcycle models are three or four times the price of a refurbished auto one.
and a model number.
I chose my wording carefully, baiting isn't illegal on this forum is it?
A little tiip for putting the torx screws back in. Put a little lube on the tip before putting them back. You'll find some were cross threaded at the factory and the lube helps them go back in without further damage. BTW I didn't remove the seat or completely remove the side panel when I changed the exhaust.
Sometimes when people call it a car I reply " I wish it was so I didn't need a helmet". They normally reply "Oh so it's a motorcycle".

You can buy different spring with different color i got these ones and painted them my self with the spray paint its been 3 months on crazy routes no issues as of now and few power washes . Thanks
Any issues with this install?
What length is the string??? Very hard to see what you did..
Tie the string to the nut then loosen the torx so you can loop the string around it. Set the nut on the ground and tighten the torx to hold the string in place. The length will depend on your machine, mine measures 6 inches ground to the plastic. 15 Base with SL wheels.
Just make sure you grab the roll hoop and shake it violently between adjustment. I did measure and record the height to check later after a few miles.
Did this little trick to get back to original height installing the rear shock.
