I prefer mustard based sauce for my pulled pork, but like variety for beef and chicken.
I haven't made the white sauce in the recipe but it sounds interesting for chicken.

I read about Big Bob Gibson Bbq in a Meathead Goldwyn cookbook. Always wanted to try that white sauce. Road trip!
We have only done day trips since we got our 2021 R in October but plan on traveling this spring.
I like the looks of the Thermal R&D racks and Nelson bags on SlingMods.com. I would like to see them in person and hear from others on this option. About $900 for the racks and bags.
We opted for ordering color matched roll hoop speakers from the local Polaris dealer on Black Friday instead...still waiting for those to arrive
We went to Boogerville Hideout for traditional southern New Year day lunch. John is a wonderful guy and does this every year. Liz made the best black eyed peas and collards. Free to all, you won't meet better people anywhere.
Just up the road from Mr. DJohnson, beautiful day in NE Florida. Surgery next week will keep me down for a few weeks. Hoping to get a few more rides in tomorrow and Saturday before putting the battery tender on until TBD.
Merry Christmas to everyone! 71, sunny and breezy in North Florida today, great day for a ride if not for making dinner.
I grew up on a Blueberry farm and we always had at least one Ford 8N ... A work unit when I was't racing one of the neighbors with his 8N.
I Wish I had one as a kid, but never too late. Thought you might get a kick out of the 3D print I finished a couple days ago. Downloaded the files from Thingiverse and printed in three colors.
Our very patriotic cats, Chin and Grump. They showed up as kittens after we bought our house in 2017. We didn't want any more pets but they wanted people and trained us well.
Just uninstalled the app on my Android phone and reinstalled it. Logged back in and get the same indications as before.
We had the amp replaced under warranty in our 2021 R last weekend. While running errands on the way home I noticed an icon that said a software update had been completed. Now when I go to the Ride Command app on my phone it shows information was updated 52 years ago. I tried pairing my phone with the SS again yesterday with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
There have been a batch of Rockford amps that have been failing - warranty will cover this. The speaker wiring to the rear hoops is just fine. It should take no more than 1 hour to install the rear hoop speakers from Polaris.
Some people that want to go the extra mile will swap out the factory Rockford amp and put in something better - when doing this we make a plug-n-play harness adapter that plugs into the factory harness and has 2 sets of RCA's waiting for an amp.

Thank you for your post. Our local dealer replaced the bad Rockford amp under warranty in a little over an hour but said it will be three hours to install the roll hoop speakers. Seems pretty excessive based on the instructions another member posted. Do individual dealers have the latitude to decide what the installation labor hours are for a given task? One hour sounds very reasonable, three hours sounds like someone plucked it out of their backside since they haven't installed them before.
Shortly after our 2021 R was delivered, this showed up in our driveway on an unrelated trade. 1949 Ford 8N that needs some TLC, and then some. Restoration plans are on hold for a while but I got her running and love driving her around the property. My wife still can't understand why I like driving this around before we go out in the Slingshot.
I am so happy I came across this thread! I love hearing stories from everyone about how they started out on two wheels and where they ended up. The more time I spend on this forum, the more I appreciate just how great Polaris is for making such a beautiful and unique creation in the Slingshot!
I have ridden motorcycles off and on from 1991 to 2017, military, work, and wife permitting.
1981 Honda CM400
1985 ZX900
1997 M750 Ducati
1999 ZRX1100
The Duc was sold in 2017, along with my '92 vette when we bought our current house.
26 years of riding motorcycles but I didn't do much riding the last few years.
I still miss riding motorcycles sometimes but I would rather have my wife beside me in our 2021 R model. We both love this thing!
Just finished the cup holder for my Slingshot.
Beautiful print! I recently bought a Prusa Mini and have been practicing with PLA making Pokemon figures for our grandkids. Looking forward to working with PETG and ABS. Thanks for the inspiration!
@Rws904 I believe my son and I seen the same red and black SS this morning that was turning onto Chief Ridaught Trail off of 220. That would have been around 10:30. My son was driving my Miami Blue 20R and I waved at the guy. I was at Tractor Supply yesterday to pickup a bag of Deer Corn. My son used to live in Ridaught Landing years ago and we were just driving pass it while waiting to go to Gs BBQ for lunch.
We live about a mile east of Ridaught Landing. We had G's cater our wedding four years ago at our house where the old nursery was located. Small world! Ever go to Dalton's in the afternoons?
Had my first local SS sighting today at the corner of 220 and Knight Boxx! Waved to a couple in a red and black SS while running up to Tractor Supply and Winn Dixie in our Stealth Blue 2021.
First time running errands in the SS to buy stuff for the 1949 Ford 8N, followed by boxed wine and fruit. Got some funny looks at Tractor Supply
Back from the dealership, amp replaced, and speakers work as advertised within an hour and a half. Still no update on when the roll hoop speakers will arrive.
Taking our 2021 R to the dealer this morning to have the stock amp replaced under warranty (no left side audio output).
Still no word on when the Polaris color matched roll hoop speakers will arrive. I'll find out Thursday when my surgery will be scheduled, looking like 2-6 weeks for recovery.
If the speakers come in after surgery I may just bite the bullet and pay the dealer for installation. The cost will be less painful than listening to my wife nag me for not listening to the Doc.
Here are the directions which I didn't have when I did my install and it still took less than 3hrs.
Thanks for the directions, I'll do it myself in half the time the dealership quoted. LOL
