    Not required but if you do use it only use it between the pipe and the clamp after they are properly fitted together and all pipes are in place in the system. It’s Morava added guarantee not to have a leak but makes it a bitch to adjust if need later. A double edge sword.


    Stainless steel on stainless steel tends to seize together after heat cycles are applied. Pipe cement makes it worse. On stainless to stainless joints. Stainless to aluminized pipe cement is ok.

    It appears you need to twist the third pipe wow somebody holds the two silencers without clamps on them with their hands as you twist the third pipe The Y section will move closer and further from the plastic

    Thanks for the info. Also be sure to let them know how many miles are on the exhaust. I believe yours maybe the highest mileage exhaust system i have Out there. Lol

    Well being that the majority of water/road spray When picked up by the tire leaves the tire as spray in the first quarter of the tire rotation after it leaves contact with the ground This design will do what A fender is designed to do in the fender that polaris has developed I guess they figured they could keep going all the way to the swingarm and contain the 5% more spray that may occur or they could stop the fender there which would leave room to share w the popular WP Dual. Just my two cents
    As long as they support me I plan to support them.

    Yeah this wasn’t a planned out event Dave was coming over to do a couple installs and thats what all this is based around. Figured why not have a little get together. It seems to be getting some interest so we may have to dedicate and have a all out event in the future. I assure you the ones that show up will have a great time this year.
