Thank you everyone! I'll be taking it home to York PA this weekend.
I just learned the hard way - had a brand new Optima Blue Top that had a bad cell in it which caused a low voltage problem. Replaced it in Kerrville. Since then the gauges all went crazy, would not shift correctly sometimes with my auto tranny. Fortunately Dr. Dave at DDM has her right now recalibrating and getting her ready for Eureka Springs. Had no idea low voltage could mess so many things up !!!
That's crazy. So glad i have a manual
I I have a volt tester at home but thank you. It seems to have done the trick. All that work and that's all it was... LOL. I'm glad that's all it was
Test said it was terrible... LOL.
$140 later
I I just pulled the battery all together and I'm taking it to get checked
Trickle charger after about 2 hours or so I said it's charged. Disconnect battery cables and reconnected. Cleaned the ground terminal cuz it had a little bit of rust where it contacted a frame. Still not even hazard lights.
Good good information thank you
I I did. Now I'm just going to try leaving it on a battery tender for a couple hours. Call the shop today and they seem to think it's the battery
Call call the shop where he had all of his work done and they said there is definitely no kill switch on it.
I'll check it your recommendations tomorrow. Thank you again
Unless unless somebody is coming I have to call it a night tonight. We've had a lot going on today and I'm a little over it at the moment.
Microphone
I'm I'm fairly certain there is no alarm because we don't have a remote and I've never seen one for it.
Thank you for the recommendations on areas to check.
And I'm only turning the key to the first position.
I'll give that a try, thank you.
(I don't like wiring... lol)
Really appreciate you all trying to assist! THANK YOU
I I would still really appreciate someone who knows the slingshot to come and take a look at it see if we can put our heads together and figure it out
He he has a receipt from mad marks but it doesn't say anything about a kill switch that I can tell
I'veI've tried everything for a kill switch from putting it in different gears I feeled around, I searched around and I cannot seem to find anything
Okay okay I just found out that another family member is aware have a kill switch in it but I do not know where it is located
