Finshed my steam hose reroute and wanted to share a couple things. The hose coming off the top cover vent has to make a sharp 90 degree bend to get under the breather or breather hose. I had a cycle springs hose that was like 6 ply, super heavy duty but very thick/ large OD. This caused Interference with breather, went back to stock hose and much cleaner. I also have the little KN breather that was in the way so I ordered a KN from Summit with a 1/2" hose barb and extended it out of the way. Dave it would be great if you offered a one piece hose that ran the complete distance to your awesome tank, 24 inches long, 90 to straight in red if you wanted someone to test. Not sure if you would need the 90 bend at the back of engine or just bend the hose? I have the 90 his barb that came with your reroute kit that would work also. I also found a heavy cap on web to plug the rad steam vent, be careful as the bard on the radiation is alumnium and bends easy, almost broke mine.

I cleaned up the steam line outlet on top of Radatior, used a vaccume cap/plug to block it off. Not sure if this will handle the heat and pressure?

Just shoved a 1/8" npt plug into hose and used a clamp to hold it. I have an Otiker clamp set, squeeze clamps, found one that fit good.
The one that comes with the DDM tank would work but needed it for tank, need to source one like that.

New tank installed and looking great. Need to clean up my hose routing and deal with the small K&N breather from the Hahn Turbo kit. Deleted the hose coming off top of Rad per DDM's insight, like the clean look without the hoses on passenger side on engine. Need a cleaner way of plugging that hose.

Thanks for the reply, my guess if it's a heater core loop maybe the flow restrictions from the spacer is the same flow rate as the heater core has in the car application. Just an uneducated guess. I placed my order for the new tank and hose, looks like another great DDM product.

Dave, I know I'm killing you!!!!
One other thing I noticed when was replacing my stock hoses with silicone, the short hose the Loops almost 180 degrees from the "pump to thermostat" I think?
The stock hose had an orfice inside the hose that you can feel by squeezing or see if you look deep into the hose. My uneducated guess this was to control the flow rate out of the Pump thus controlling the flow rate thru radaitor for heat transfer. The new Hoses I got from another company did not have the orfice and I could not get the factory one out without cutting hose so I just left the factory hose in. Do your hoses have this orfice or do we need it?

Painter, first Thank you for the video log it made removing hood panels a breeze.
One on my black plastic insert panel had laqure thinner overflow on the outside and it now has run makes on it. Will Back To Black remove or do you recommend something better.

Both the Slings are set up the same way with the bumper all the way down and the nut on from the bottom to secure.

I think this is the set up I have on the nose, out on the lights they are adjustable but down in front of rad they are all the way down. Well at least that's what I'm going to start with, and adjust after hood install.
    Thank you all
