If you can jumper the starter relay with the key on and it cranks but no start then it's a problem with the ECM. Try swapping out the ecm breaker and check all the fuses including the main fuses next to the battery. I would say the starter problem is just a symptom as it's controlled by the ecm along with fuel and spark.

Pull the starter relay and check for key on 12v lower left terminal. With trans in neutral jumper key on power to starter solenoid, if it starts then it's a problem before the relay. One side of the clutch switch is ground, the other wire is input to the cpu. The start switch has three wires. One is 12v key on, the middle wire is ground for the light in the switch and the third is input to the CPU. You can jumper the two outside terminals to bypass the start switch.

My top matches the paint color but I don't see any bad choices, they all look great!

I would look for motorcycle fairing bolts, there are several styles and sizes.

Couple of Slingshots at auction. Wish I had more time and money, mostly money!

No. Your Polk speakers fit both openings. I bet they are like these. And they fit both openings.
That speaker includes adapter rings, mine didn't. I removed the Fosgates that I got from SSV and reused the holes for the Polk. The Fosgates must have been 6 3/4 as well.

I'm betting that the model you have are the 6.5 speakers that fit the 6.75 hole...
Could be, I'm just surprised that it hasn't been an issue with the front pods. Evidently they use the same speaker.

I don't remember any issues with the front pods using a 6.5 speakers. I bought four new Polk speakers and they are a direct bolt in both the front and the rear pods.

I have these two jacks, I prefer the low profile jack since the Slingshot sets so low to the ground.

There that should fix it and the speaker ring will cover most of it.

The big brown truck was here today and dropped off some goodies. I must say, these new speaker pods look to be far better quality than any of the other pods that I've bought from SSV Works. I decided to ditch the Fosgate speakers that I have and get four of the Polk MM651UM speakers. I read about them here The Best Marine Speakers of 2017 | Top Ten Reviews and we all know that if its on the net it must be true. I did find one flaw with the new pods but I'm sure a couple of holes with the drill can add some drainage.

Took a few pics of my new swing arm today. Externally the only difference I see on the outside is the two square pads in the corners. Internally they look identical in the front bend area, mabey the metal is of a different material but that's only a guess.

I'm running Baja Designs lights. They fit like they were made for the Slingshot with very little modification. They are 4300 lumens per light, 8600 lumens turns night into day!

I have found Rabtech as well as many others very helpful on my quest to upgrade and mod my Sling.slingshotinfo.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/1337/slingshotinfo.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/1338/

Scott here, this new hangout is awesome. I'm more of a technical guy than general discussion but glad to be here just the same.
