Just filled up the truck today. Fuel prices rising again. Regular at $389 - $399 regular (depending on o the station). Both stations $5.59 for premium. Grocery shopping yesterday, prices were crazy.
Inflation reduction act causing inflation?
On the news this morning from Nashville TN.
... and this guy collects a taxpayer funded paycheck for what?
I hope my TV makes it through tonight's speech! Is this guy for real. Sure, Trump went after political opponents. This guy continuously attacks the people! Big difference! Nothing about the issues hurting this country?
Must be that white beach sand from the panhandle of Florida.
I haven't been there in many years, but I loved Ft. Walton beach! Beautiful blue water and white beach sand. Thats the best cure for cold weather riding!
I've been hearing a lot from very high positions within the democratic party about the travesty of justice for incarnation of low-level crimes, most often marijuana. Using this as a voting platform. Come on man! I'm not a lawyer of law enforcement officer. I wouldn't go that direction for any amount of money, not worth it. You can't tell me at the same time that these totally dishonest politicians agree with what they are trying to sell?
Joe Schmoo beets the living crap out of his so-called girlfriend. Suzy Q is scared to death to press charges for fear of her life. Police find marijuana and use a tool to help an innocent person and society. Who do you want to help? Suzy Q or the Joe Schmoo that just beat the living crap out of Suzy Q?
Edit: I'm not for or against the legalization of marijuana, good argument on both sides but for politicians to push a narrative that simply smoking a joint landed someone in jail for years???
Just received my new Gerbing heated jacket with illuminate and hook-up equipment. Hooked up the power cord yesterday. Power cord length was great for the first-generation battery in the rear. Ran it along the frame and through the seat belt mount location. Did a test ride with temps in the low 40s. Toasty at lower settings!
I saw an interesting bit on this old attraction in Maggie Valley within the show "Mysteries of the Abandoned".

My sister-in-law lives in Port St. Lucy. I love Florida, but the wife, not so much. Got to do some suttle persuasion work.
A few hours ago. Out my front window. Car with blacked out windows. Smoked covers over the license plate. Stops at the end of a pathway adjoining two streets where the hedges are. Waits about 30 seconds. Back passenger door opens up and someone appears with a hoodie, Gets inside and the car drives off. Another drug deal.
...and five miles down the road.

On October 22, 2022, at approximately 1430 hours, the Medford Township Police Department responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle at the Wawa (257 Rt 70, Medford NJ). The three suspects, dressed in dark clothing, approached the victim while she was waiting at the air pump in the rear of the building. One of the three male suspects, described to be approximately 140 pounds in his late teens to early twenties, physically removed the victim from her vehicle, leaving the v...
Just great, thanks Joe. This is reality. This is what I put up with.
7k a year property tax in my development (Considered NJ dumpster tax rate, a bargain in NJ) plus 6.6 sales tax. Piles of other taxes. This is what you get.
Happy Birthday, enjoy!
I hate to ride through those high dollar areas. I always want to go home and throw rocks at my place. Well at least it's paid for.
Appears to me you have everything you could want. Life is good. Enjoy the adventure!
.....hey what are these Speed Bleeders you and others speak of and is this something you added to your stock calipers ....? I never used speed bleeders, I just used my Mity vac and air tank to bleed, never had any issues (knock on wood)...
Great product, I believe they have a spring loaded bearing inside which acts as a check valve. You simply loosen them a turn and pump the brakes. Single person operation. After the bleed simply retighten the bleeder.
A gravity bleed sounds great. What I can say is six or so months ago I was getting a repeated break failure light. It would go out after a restart only to come back on after a few miles. I tested the fluid and the moisture content read over 2%. I ordered speed bleeders & changed the fluid, incredibly easy and efficient. I love them! The break failure light has never come back on again. My theory is the extra moisture in the fluid would reach boiling point adding pressure which would set of the switch to the light?
Not to say that a gravity bleed wouldn't produce the same results sounds easy also.
Thanks for the share. All I can say is wow! I don't get news nation. Amaizing, I have a major provider for my area. The wasteful expensive total package filled with thousands of channels and not one of the major networks, including local affiliates chose to show area coverage? I think it was by design.
I live 12 miles outside Philadelphia. I searched repeatedly for hours attempting to find coverage of the Oz/Fetterman debate. You would think this would be front and center. I wanted to hear truth for myself. I'm angry, I found nothing, all day nothing on coverage in the area where it counts. I finally saw some of the coverage through back door access. Sorry, if anyone owns a business and is presented with Fetterman. Ask yourself would you hire this person to run your business. All politics aside, your life savings at stake. would you?
It's time to be totally honest because this is what is in place.
Bring back
It worked on me.
My older brother and I were less than a year apart, so we were very competitive. Sometimes that competitiveness would set-off my dad. The rule my dad set was I'm going to tell you once after that the belt came off. Strategic placement was critical. If I had the advantage to the stairs I would hold and instigate till the belt came out then do a slow jaunt upstairs with my brother in tow getting the wrath while I laughed my nads off. Memories
Beautiful, imagine if the educational, media and business models used this approach. Perhaps the younger generations wouldn't be filled with victim mentality. Perhaps they would focus on betterment and what they can accomplish instead of constant protests filled with "ism's, phobias, equities and every facet of society pushing indoctrination with the belief that if they don't succeed it's not their fault but someone else's. Remember when radio and TV stations played the national anthem? I don't know if schools still start the day with the Pledge of allegiance? We did. It's sad that as a nation we are shamed for patriotism.
For those in-between days I have a pair of neoprene gloves. Great for those in times, lightweight, non-bulky and do a great job on in-between days. I use them on the motorcycle also specifically because they aren't bulky.
