I know you can't save much this way,
But I have been buying the Series I savings bonds from TreasuryDirect.gov.
But having the government PAY ME over 9% interest and no chance of loss????
It was a no brainer for me.
10 for me, 10 for the wife, 10 from me as a gift to the wife, and 10 from the wife as a gift to me.
Thinking of giving 10 to each of the kids and grandkids too.

Thats what California, Chicago and New York has done.
Instead of putting the criminals in jail or the ground, they just pat them on the butt as they open the door for them and let them out on the streets to do it again.
I have a 100% sure fire way to stop crime in 1 year.
Just kill the criminals, the same day that they are convicted, and after a few months even the stupid will figure it out.

It may not be much of a problem, but the first thing I thought of was the exhaust.
It smells bad enough in the driver and passenger seat when the majority is being forced down under the sling.
Wouldn't it just come out from under right in front of him?
He would be in the "Slip Stream" with some horrible smelling exhaust.
And I just do not trust this new generation to drive while actually looking up from their phones.
A rear end with him in a fiberglass trailer would be catastrophic

Guys, Disney is NOT going to go broke.
But I do agree with DeSantis, The reason they were granted the power at the time was Orange county could not afford to provide the Police, Fire and Medical services that they wanted. So in lieu of providing those services themselves, they were given a pass on the taxes.
Now Orange county can afford to provide those services as long as Disney pays, As the left like to hawk, THEIR FAIR SHARE of taxes, BAHAHAHA.
That kind of scratch ($200,000,000.00) can hire a lot of cops and firemen and a few ambulances.
No company should be allowed to have the kind of power over a state like Disney has.
Could you imagine if CNN, NBC, ABC, Twitter, Facebook and all those leftist companies had the same power as Disney?
I don't think so.
I hope DeSantis signs it quick, Disney needs to pay taxes like every other company in the USA does.

Okay, but what about the over 500,000 small and medium size businesses who sell their products on Amazon?
First, I try to buy LOCAL from a small business,
Second I try to buy direct from the manufacturer or authorized supplier or distributor.
then I will go to eBay to see if THOSE small business owners sell what I need, because eBay doesn't charge the outrageous fees to those business owners that Amazon charges. And I do my best to make sure I am buying from a US based business, not some chinese business.
Then I will finally shop the big box stores.
Amazon is my last choice.
As far as hurting the amazon small businesses, if you choose to base your own business model on another business, and you choose to associate with that business, then your business suffers when that business does, says or acts in a unethical way or what not. Thats not on me, thats on them.
I started my business the hard way.
Saw a need, found a way to fulfill that need, developed a website to market that product, built up relationships with customers for that product, worked out shipping solutions and payment solutions,
I DID THAT..... Not another company, ME.
I am the one that put in the effort, the 20 hour work days, not someone else like Amazon.
So @#$% Amazon.

Well, I just dropped AT&T after 30 plus years and went with Mint Mobile, that uses T-Mobile service.
But I use my phone for a very unusual service.
I use it for a telephone, not streaming movies, watching TV on, or making tic tok videos to for twerking and showing people what a twit I am.
I like my $15 a month service.
And I like Ryan Reynolds more than AT&T.

I did not know that.

I don't do the flu, and there hasn't been a need for one since I got out of the military.

If the gubment wants me to get the vaccine, all they have to do is ONE little measly thing.
REVOKE THE LIABILITY WAIVER for the vaccine manufacturers for the covid vaccine.
No other vaccine has had a liability waiver attached to it.
