Anyone who as owed a black car knows from experience they are tough to keep looking good, but it is the most rewarding color when its clean. Here is some of my results on black paint from using my arsenal if paint products.

Anything someone is putting on "everytime" they wash their car for protection should raise a red flag. If its an enhancing product like a glossifier then I agree 100% as it providers 0 protection and comes right off. The products that actually protect the paint, you do not want to keep applying them over and over because they build up and actually make the paint shine less.

I have a fair amount of experience dealing my own vehicles. It all boils down to what your end result your looking for is...F11 isn't going to provide any paint protection thats why a detailer isn't going to use it. The Turtle Wax Ice is is the same category. If your looking for a easy spray on/wipe off shine these are good products. If your really looking for your paint to pop there are products out there that will do this and protect the paint.
A wax is going to be the lowest protection...followed by a sealant...then a ceramic will be the best. On top of those coats you can use a "gloss" product that will give the wet appearance you are getting from f11 or ice. As with the others the "gloss" provides no protection its only for appearance.
Also any of the quick detailers are good for drying a car off to lesson streaks to helping to apply/remove was products. If there is a small (SMALL) amount of dust or a smudge they work great for that to. Think of it more as a very light lube to help prevent scratching of the clear coat.
Hopefully this help some.

Its an easy job, your going to need spring compressors or bring them to a shop to have them pull/replace the springs.
On a side note you just have to be very careful when removing the nut for the top hat because its under a ton of pressure if the spring compressor fails.

I honestly think they will fit but I'm at work and cant double check the spacing until the morning.
-
I put them in my cart but afraid they won't fit now lol...might wait to hear back from someone else who tries first.
-
Hmmmm I'll have to look again for a bracket. I thought the closest part would be the sides of the seat itself.

Parked for the WINTER??????????
Winter has been gone for weeks now.We are frickin' SWEATING here.
Little colder in the Northeast lol
-
Looks awesome!!
I love the idea of the vinyl above the rear tire

Here is some pics I took for you @Ruptured Duck The quality is poor because the SS is in the back corner of my garage blocked in and parked for the winter. I took pics of passenger side seat all the way back and all the way forward.
I have the CPA2009's but I think the base of the seat is the same on all of them.

There isnt much tension on the springs any pair of pliers will work. The spring tool is more more motorcycle exhausts that are under way more tension.
-
ok. Post pics showing the interaction of the side of the seat and the tunnel. Mainly where the seatbelts attach.
ThanksWill do
-
I'll double check mine when I get home and see how close they are to the tunnel. With the Cipher seats the passengers slides also.
-
Yes! Deluxe here... Otherwise I would have had a kick plate mat for sale...
Love my Assault aluminum kick plate!
Now I know these will be tight with my wide Cipher seats, but it's just carpet, so shouldn't hurt, right? Should still fit? As it is now, the tunnels leave the seats with a bit of dent/indentation...
I'm in the same boat...I have Ciphers also.

I'm going Ultra also

The brace keeps your firewall from flexing when you mash the brake pedal. It does not change anything with the brake system other than that. If you do not use your brakes hard, you would would never even feel the difference.
Well its suppose to take out the spongy feel the brakes have/had. It did nothing in my case the pedal feel was exactly the same. Bleeding the brakes on the other hand removed the spongy feel.
-
I have the DDM one but it didn't make much of a difference on my 2017. I bled the shit out of the brakes and it was a 10x improvement.
