So far all I have done is the Hahn CAI and I can tell that made a huge improvement in HP and throttle response. However, my MPG has decreased by right around 2mpg.

Road testing begins but see no real issues. Nice part the seats do not have to be removed to install the tunnel covers. Installation allows you to work from the front to the back and securing with the seats (mainly the PITA passenger side) in place. To me a big feature over other versions. Daylight sun is hard to get a good picture but I think stage kits will be offered. Now that I feel confident about the fastening system I believe those little extra pcs might be doable.

Fire extinguisher is on its way and hope to have this product in production soon as well. Baby steps my friends.

Ok, I stand corrected on my previous statement.....the pieces on the trans tunnel are pretty sweet. I guess I couldn't visualize it well enough. Either way they look great!

I never ran mine with the stock intake so I cant' speak to that but I have a similar issue. When I was in the break-in period I was getting 28-29 mpg with the Alpha CAI. After the break-in the mileage dropped to 25-26. After putting the side-exit exhaust on I'm down to 22-23 and I often notice the smell of burning rubber, which I traced with my nose to the rear tire. Could be the same thing...Anyone?

I don't have any burning rubber smells....but that's what lubes for right?

Question to those who have the Hahn CAI in their sling. I installed mine yesterday and immediately noticed a reasonable improvement in throttle response. I took the sling to Chicago today, which is roughly 40 miles from me and I am seeing a decrease in gas mileage. Prior to the Hahn I was averaging about 27 mpg and now I am under 25. I rechecked the system and ensured everything is setup correctly. Other than the CAI my sling is mechanically stock. Any one have issues with theirs or know what could be the issue?

Looking to see if there are any lawyers on here that would be able to answer a few questions for me? I know lawyers are busy and can cost a shit ton of money, but don't know if I have a case worth pursuing.

    Thanks in advance.

I am on board with every thing everyone has said, except I wouldn't want the trans tunnel. I don't think the carpet look on this area would be very pleasing....in my opinion. I would only want the driver/passenger floor board and passenger kick plate. I do like the idea for the unfinished look on the outer edges of the seats.

I did my military time, 22 years serving our nation. Last 10 on and off in Colombia performing counter drug operations and over flights. One thing I learned only the men and women in uniform defend our country all others are in your way.

When the moment of truth comes our flag and those who carry it in their heart, stand for it know the significance of its color wil be the ones we need. They are the ones I need, not the ones running towards liberal thoughts and COEXIST zones. Not the ones running away from danger, misery and honor those are in the way and will learn quikly what the world is really about and it aint Kansas any more.

I think that is a crucial element to this whole ordeal. Some say this is freedom of speech and that it is not meant to disrespect the men and women who have served our country. The problem is that it IS complete disrespect to OUR country and OUR troops. I am a Marine combat veteran that has put my life on the line to defend our freedoms and will be there to defend anyone's rights, but there is a time and place for it. These professional athletes are nothing more than over payed entertainers who are there to do a job. Two things to reiterate.....PROFESSIONAL and JOB. Perhaps I come from a different mindset, but I believe you should be professional when performing your job. These actions are not, in my opinion, dictating that. It's not about black and white or right and wrong. It's about being respectful and, to be frank, not being an asshole!

Those of us that have served our country, especially in a combat zone, have experienced things that have made our hearts take on a very personal connection to our country and flag. I don't expect everyone to understand that, but for those that do it's a sense of pride like no other.
