2016 base wheels and tires. Cost is one lunch but not fast food! Try and beat that!
Cape Coral Fl
I'd post in for sale but there is no money involved.
Will you ship for a lunch and dinner via Giftcards?

I may be interested. I'm in Indiana. However, if they are like the black cherry SS offered just recently, I'm not interested. Those are thicker backs, and while an improved seat, work against my already cramped leg room at 6'4". That was the thing I liked best about the PRP seats. Those are thinner and I gain room.
I am not sure if they are the same as the LE seats. But I am 6'6" and just want more room. I can take a pic of them and post them so you can see them
If you have the ripper series windshield you can pull the upper panels out with it on.

Yes they are different in the sl and the slr. As far as when will they be heading south will send them south if or when they are sold. What money? I really don't know what they are worth. Pm me and we will work out the price. I am waiting on samples from prp so that I can order mine.

Every child sat in it and had their pic taken. A bunch of excited kids!!
That is awesome! Kids love the slingshots.

Thanks arosejr. I'm in Nova Scotia so Indiana will be awkward. The ones I am seeking are in Fl - where I spend winters so will be easy to get.
Keep me in mind if the ones you are after don't work out. I have family in Florida and can get them down there when they head home.

Thanks. Now to try to buy them. Half a continent away!!
I have a set that will be for sale as soon as I finish ordering my prp seats. I am located in Indiana

nope. Nothing. I also don't pressure wash my bike.. so it could be something to do with that...
Have not pressure washed it. Now it has seen its share of rain. It started at about 3000 miles. It is not a rock in the belt, already checked that. I am going to see if I can get it apart tomorrow to at least see if I can get some grease in it.
arosejr
contact @Travis the original one to do it and helped a few others get it done.
It will not let me pm him. I guess I will keep searching for an answer.

Maybe a duplicate thread, is there a way or has anyone installed a grease zerk to grease the rear bearing? Really don't want to have to replace every 3500-4000 miles.

Sent you a message
Interested in hood buttons also.
I just pulled my inner fenders. Helped some with finder flapping.

Yes, except yesterday I spent all day in bed with a damn stomach virus.

Slingshot is packed and ready. Wait I still need to get some other things taken care of first.

Fml... I just spent 1k on my garage door replacement. Someone teach me how to get wifey approval for this and not get murdered.

Just buy it and say it was an accident and you can't return it. Asking for forgiveness is easier than asking for permission.

@arosejr I have RD's top and I have a feeling you will be here to see it!
I think you are probably right.

Display Morethanks @Goats_Hogs.
@arosejr as you are aware being 6'6" can have it's moments. Head room is not what might cause a problem for you but rather the outward view do to your height. I am in the process of adding some additional front height adjustment and a little more down tilt for the rear. This improves outward view for taller people. 6'4" was the max in the first design and was dependent on the Slingshot having even mirror mounts (driver's side to passenger side mirror mounts).
The outward view is related to upward view and driver preference.
I suggest taking a moment and sitting in one if you get the chance. Rather you be happy and understand the limitations.
There was a look I wanted out of this top and to get it there some limitations had to be expected.
Patrick.
Is there anyone in he central Indiana area that has one? I think a top is in the future but I want to make sure that I can see and also get in and out easily.

Are the tops adjustable? I am 6ft 6 and I am concerned that the top will sit in my line of vision
