OK. Now that is smooth. It fills up the area in the back and just looks sporty. Looks like a sport bike. Two thumbs up.

You could be correct. I have some people looking into it. I'll post the findings.

No. Poweder coat "melts out" at 325 to 400 degrees.

I actually muted mine once and left it up in the windshield. He came to the window and said "that didn't help you very much did it?". He was slightly smiling so I tried to make him laugh. I said " you see all this stuff in the front floorboard? It was all in the back seat until the detector went off!". He laughed and said to slow it down and let me go.

I have mine windshield mounted. It is over to the right of my eyeline.

Don't worry @rabtech yours will still be the only one with blue fire coming from under the hood
I'm just curious because I might want to buy a set of the white plastic for mine. It sure would be nice to have a set of white accents. Think about how durable it would be if the plastic was thru and thru.

I have the Single Pole Dual throw switches from SlingMods.
How did you use the SPDT switch with your cams?
I've been thinking about wiring both camera outputs to the video in for my head unit and then wiring the power for each camera to run thru the SPDT switch so that I can then activate whichever camera I want to use.I have both cameras run to a Y RCA video adapter. The cameras feed their signal when they are in the on position so they can't be on at the same time. Basically you flip the switch one way you see the front. The other way you see the rear. It feeds into the same single camera input on my head unit.
I think I know what your asking now. The cameras are grounded at the camera to the frame. Then at the switch the power is always at the common terminal. Then you press the top side of the switch when you want one camera and the bottom when you want the other.

On the new Blue Fire edition I am curious if the hood plastic is painted or they are white all the way thru?

125 in a 45 while driving on a suspended license for too many points in a 12 month period. This was a long time ago. Ended up in the slammer. Couple grand for bail to get out and a court appearance a few days later on my 19th birthday.
That's why my stock slingshot tire still looks like new.Stephen
It sucks to stand in front of the court room. Been in that position myself. -
It's similar. It actually stays in either position. It's not momentary.

I don't know if is really that fast. I received a reckless driving ticket (on motorcycle) for approx 100mph on the Cherahola Skyway. And I wasn't even running that fast. I contracted an attorney and beat it. They had it changed to a broken tail light ticket. Cost me 250.00.
When I met the trooper I had been running waaaaay below the 40 mph limit. (People I met earlier gave the sign that there was a cop coming toward me) It took him 5 miles from where he said i was speeding to actually pull me over and I was still running 40mph. He kept saying he had someone at the top of the skyway running radar and kept threatening me that he could put me in jail for speeding or I could take a reckless driving ticket and go on my way. I just gave in and said write whatever the hell gets me out of here. (It was 95 degrees and i had on leather. It had been over AN HOUR sitting in the sun)
When I contacted the attorney they said they had plenty of people with the same issue.
I am a few years past that event. And now I know how to handle it. They will feed my fat ass the next time I get the choice. Especially when I know I'm in the right and they have nothing on me. I hope no one has to go thru that ordeal.

Oh my gosh..... Those pictures are un-freaking believable! I have never seen one split like that....... I haven't even see a car chunk split like that!

This is the first multi position switch I have found. This allows me to switch on the front and rear camera. You can switch it from the center which is off. To the front or to the back camera. I actually picked this up at Camping World. I was buying chocks for my trailer.

Did you get the pictures of the damage. You will be one of the very few that has had an issue with the final drive. Would be nice if you can take some pictures of the final drive.
Anything is possible. And if you have my luck then bad things will always haunt you at the worst possible times.

Dude I still can't remember which way to turn the knobs when moving from one shock to another. I keep waiting to turn a hard left on the track and find one of the shocks set to mushy mode. Lol
Thats why i just have one knob per shock.... Any more than that and I would have an OCD flare up....
