Love them. If they start making some more let me know. I assume they are metal? AL or Stainless?
Great look. -

thanks for the good advice. Best to you. I just had my Obama care health visit, I hope they check for that.

to nipper 51, I would be curious what you pay in Chicago with state Farm. I live in Champaign, IL and the first year I had the Sling, State Farm said they would not insure it even though I have been with them for 35 years with cars and other bikes. I again check this time around and it was some thing that they would cover it but the coverage was so meager that the agent (my friend) said that I could get better/more comprehensive coverage else where.
let me know. -
Seems like this problem has plagued many Slings. Why is there not a gov. recall if it encompasses the brakes/ABS system?

thanks for the help. But now its another thing I have to take to the dealer and leave with him allow with my swing arm recall. Dealer is far away so need to find a driver to take me and back when spring comes. This is getting old.
I spent lots of time at the dealer for repairs since I 've taken delivery of the Sling. -
what was the quick fix? clean/replace parts?

Has anyone had the "Brake Failure" light on their dash come on and stay on? My "Brake Failure" light started coming on and off at different times. Now it seems like it is on from when I start up the Sling and does not go out. My brakes seem fine, they stop fine, the fluid is fine, and I don't see any leaks. Is this a gage/sensor issue. Bad part? or sign of a serious problem. I am an 1 1/2 hours from dealer and it is in the middle of winter here, so I won't be going to the dealer until spring for the recalled swingarm. Any ideas? Thanks
