what's funny-when I installed my DDM Stage 1 Turbo- I didn't take the hood or front end off for the install- the only bitch of it all was removing the oil pan (it was stuck on like glue)
Of course having a good extension and a "Quick Jack" made a big difference on the install!
Pros:

Not only my stock camera work in reverse but I can keep it on while driving forward.

I purchased the Boss weather proof from Slingmods last week-installed the unit today and I'm very impressed.
I have a 2015 sl and with the factory radio I always had reception issues-since the install I have awesome reception and has 80w per channel and a great equalizer-love the touch screen
I admit that I get the itch to try different shocks every so often, but then I gander at the invoice of when we put struts on the front of our VW a while back, including labor, and I just shake my head while that itch rapidly subsides. This begs the question of why somebody has yet to come out with a far less expensive, non-adjustable, shock that simply improves the ride?

DDM'S Stage 1 transition to boost is very friendly street wise as a daily driver. That was my biggest concern after driving it after the install it is well mannered and so much fun to drive!

First of all I finally dropped the credit card on DDM Stage 1 Turbo Kit (my extended warranty ended in January of this year) and what a perfect time for me to do my own install over the stay @ home corona virus.
I must say this kit not only went in easy (of course with Dave's help over the phone ) but it looks like it belongs there! What a very clean install (as u can see in the pics). This really puts the new meaning in power for the sling (kick myself for not doing it sooner). I also purchase Dave's 2 pod gauge holder and Innovate Motorsports Wideband/Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges.
I've fell back in love with my sling again!
And Dave-I'm so appreciated how you return my phone calls when you missed them and you were there like a lawyer on a retainer- I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!

Is it suggested to get the most out of a DDM Stage 1 Turbo install is to take off the traction control due to How it limits?
what Turbo connections are you specifically talking about (just trying to be extra careful)
I installed the DDM stage 1 to the tee via instructions
Any advice will be helpful-haven't taken it out on maiden voyage yet
Need help where you tap from a vacuum line standpoint, power/ground, and tach wire (for shift light).
How Many of you installed Head Studs on a ZZP or DDM Stage 1 Turbo install?
I'm in Florida and just installed a DDM Stage 1 Turbo- I'm not in a position to purchase DDM's oil cooler @$800+.
So can somebody give me directions,pics,parts needed to do this project a little more economic?

so what was Dave's solution to the clearance issue?
turn out to be the cooling fan motor
Fan doesn't work-haven't ground the circuit, I ran the SS at idle today and it overheated (flashing water temp on gauge) with zero signs of fan engagement-lat time everything worked as it should was before recall of the fuse located @ the battery location. After the recall was done I experience this symptom.
radiator fan not turning on.
Fan relay good, driver side under hood fuse box all fuse good.
I'm I missing something?
