Ok, so I see a couple of concerns and just wondering how they are addressed.
1) The exhaust pipe comes through the plastic without a metal flange, thus placing the plastic against the pipe. Is heat not a concern or is it addressed and we just can't see it from this view?
2) Again, the plastic is tight around that pipe. Doesn't it vibrate and cause a rattle?
All that aside, I think it looks sharp, just wondering a few things is all.
Good questions and I also was concerned about this because the last thing I wanted was to burn my slingshot to the ground lol.
The resonator tip is a double walled tip and you can hold your hand on this tip when the engine is running.
The clamps used to secure this are very rigid so no vibration is detected .Sent from my iPhone using Polaris Slingshot Forum mobile app

As always Jamie, you're one smart dude that keeps one step (or more) ahead of the pack. Great job. Do you have plans to offer it to fit a Hahn turbo next?
Thanks buddy

Here is more info , my apologies for being vague.
My exhaust is full 2 and half inch and runs inside the transmission tunnel . It's adapted to my precision 6262 turbo via Vband .
My 2015 was a full size battery but I rerouted cables to behind the passenger luggage compartment and downgraded my battery to a motorcycle 400cca battery and it fits in the small valley perfectly. Battery did cost 130 from oriellys.
I will put my SS on lift and send some pics .
Sound clip coming tomorrow as well .Sent from my iPhone using Polaris Slingshot Info

We are thankful that stickerdick gave us this opportunity to get this project on the road ! His vision is a inspiration to a lot of folks who are considering the reliability and performance of a Honda power plant especially with the vtec and the extremely high rpm range of the Honda .

Had a great long weekend getting the first slingshot engine transplant from GM to Honda powertrain . Very excited to have completed this build , our goal is to develop a kit for future Honda slingshot builds.

We drove thru Lexington, KY on our way from WV to Nashville, TN via Ohio last year on our way back to Texas. First time I'd been in KY since I was a child.
As far as your auto-trans conversion, I'd think folks would be interested in a write-up on how you did it. For example, did you set it up for fully automatic operation or does the driver tell it when to shift into the next gear?
KY is a nice state to live in but most of a the coal mines and steel mills have closed down . Good paying jobs are drying up.
My automatic is a true automatic and it was a huge pain in the ass to figure out the first time and to program the trans controller. We had to do it twice because I was informed the Trany only had 14k miles so we installed it . Big mistake , all transmissions will be rebuilt before installing. -
We are located in KY and I did the automatic conversion . Absolutely love it and it will beat the 5 speed off the line everytime lol
Automatic is a lot of fun but strange because you push D and go . -
I'm very excited to announce that we have started up a rental deptartment.
As of right now I have one SL and a base automatic for rent and we rented the red SL for 8 days after 1 hour of ownership.
We plan on covering the whole Tristate region of Ohio , Kentucky and West Virginia .
Will plan on adding 2 more to our rental fleet shortly . -
I know if ya gotta ask ya can't afford it but how much does a setup like that run??
Around 6k with transmission rebuilt. Normally I would say 5k but I will no longer install automatic Trany without having it rebuilt.
