I can't speak for mniron because I don't know if they are the same flats @ fenders and center flat but the ones on mine were once upon a time part of my fund raising efforts for St.Jude
A few of these sets made their way around the group before I stopped offering them up. They require committing the ultimate sin of cutting on your SS for the fenders and gutting the center cowl plastic.
When the demand slowed down for them I stopped having them stamped.
I just wanted something functional.WHAT DO I NEED to do to get a set .. please let me know
I too would like a set when they come available.

Mine as free polaris was running a promo, 0 Apr or 5yr warranty. Since my bank financed me at 1.5 apr the 5yr was a no brainer
-
Yeah but I have the 5 yr warranty and don't wanna do anything to cause them to say. NOT COVERED!

It don't really matter, my swingarm bearings are jacked up too and the dealer can't get me in till next week, they did open a VDO order tho.
-
My seam is splitting.

The wizard thanks for the info!

So I called my dealer today to check on the status of my coolant surge tank, and was told it's back ordered till October so they gave me polaris customer service number which I called and they opened up a VDO order.....and was told it should be there sooner than that...... smh..... Polaris needs to step they're game way up!
I have a 30,000 dollar paper weight in my garage ...... Polaris I am NOT satisfied with my care..... haha

I am thinking the swing arm bushing on the pulley side is not locked into the frame, that would allow the swing arm to move. Start by checking the torque on the nut, torque is 195 ft#. If it is out of spec, remove the swing arm to check bushings, frame, and bearings. I would not continue to drive it until you know what the problem is, in this location damage to the frame could occur through continued movement. I doubt the bearings are the issue. If the bushing is not locked into the frame, just tightening the nut may not seat the bushing if something is already damaged.
Torqued good btw, 1st thing I checked

What year is yours tony?

Mine yells at me too 12,000 miles on it I will jack it up to see if there is any play in the bushing.
kind of sounds like your cutting something on a lathe with out cutting fluid.Yes sir! You just nailed my noise! And i also get a loud pop when shifting hard or certian bumps. I did have to pull my belt "slipped it off front pulley when cold" right hand on the pivot shaft facing the back side of the wheel push and pull from the other side of the wheel mine has very noticeable slack...
