Video of the Alpha Cold Air Intake install that I did. Non-narrated. Following instructions. Heavily edited but shows everything to remove and install. I also point out a few criticals. This for those on-the-fence about doing it themself.
Shot with head mounted Go-Pro camera.

Glad to have vendors giving this site a serious look. What we lack, they can make more accessible to all.

I found it amazing!
Only because of the people that were willing to make something better. Got real quiet on @rabtech LED thread and knew something was up. Bounced around the alternate sights and found a little tid bit trail.
...and now I get Easter Eggs. Amazing!

Lost me edit function for the most part "over there". Found that I can edit any post as long as it was listed with a day of the week. However, I can not edit any post that is posted with a calendar date, 7 April 2016 for example. So, good times done there...

Its always the tail of the snake that bites you!

You have no time for this non-sense. When was the last time you saw a bed? And , I am reluctant to point out that there were no lights in these pics... Hope you get back to some normalcy soon.
Delete this as needed to build your thread.
And thanks from all of us.

Hey! I am in Alabama! I am lucky that they even have a computer! It wasn't working the last time I was in there, but they got one. When a good ol boy orders a part for a vehicle here, they get one! You don't want him and his cousins coming to pick it up! At least that's the way I suspect it works...

Made an appointment with the dealer for Tuesday. Got to be there before two pm so they can "run diagnostics". Skip the "high tech" and try old school "troubleshoot". And if they need three hours to find tie rod end play, I have a @NatomasSlingshot1 who can nail it for 'em in under 30 secs...

@Guardian_Angel, you are doing fine my beautiful. A little more road time and you can have "The Rattler" at SSITS 2016 for motivation. I will be your cameraman.
My "pucker string" hasn't missed a flinch... it's the elasticity of said device that concerns me.

I personally don't see an immediate impending failure, it's the large rod inside the steering carriage tube. Will call dealer later today to set up an appointment. Mine started to rattle 'bout two weeks ago. Sure did not buy it that way. 4200 miles here.

Not sure how he attached. But, he recently did a video on a cold air intake in march this year where he referenced the video above. Click that link above. Click Ray Charron and that will hook you to Jeff Charron who actually did the dual. You could easily skip the dual and run a single. Shoot him questions in the comments or call him from phone number in the comments under the original linked vid above.

Toilet paper for when I'm done...

thanks for the video- now, I guess I gotta go open the loaner ss and bang around- heard the same rattle/popping noise intermittently, last couple of times it was on the road.
Sorry, took me a little bit to find it. Sounded like a coil-over spring rattle on choppy bumps. Found a horn bracket bent back almost into the frame, thought that was it. It was a rattle, but not this one. Found a squeal squeak from the hood mound scraping the center light screws. Its those annoying things...
But, think I found serious on the tie rod.Think you had enough problems... just enjoy the loaner and give it back with a list of issues to say thanks when they finish with yours.

Oh, you know I will. Some free play in the large rod where it comes out of the steering rack carrier tube. Packed it up with some grease while I had the boot opened and pulled it into the carrier by turning to the left.
