I took lessons 4 yrs ago and it was $350 hr plane and fuel. Didnt take long to invest a few thousand
-
Never seen them in automotive use. Mostly the building trade. Construction of decks, porches, fences, installation of windows and doors etc
-
Most of the wood screws that are available in Canada are robertson head. The square head is made different sizes and are numbered and colour coded.
-
I believe on some they used a Philips head for the lower roll hoop covers for the two top screws. Some are torques and some are Philips.
Not to stir the pot but who the hell invented the Philips screw head? It's got to be the worst screw made. In Canada we have the Robertson screw and it is so far superior as for being able to get a good grip and torque the screws without stripping the head -
I removed my centre lights also
Oh wait, I never had them. I definitely prefer the look of not having the centre lights. -
As long as you have a helper they can hold the coilover and with a flashlight look up through the hole and align the top while you put the bolt in through the storage compartment hole. Not difficult at all and certainly saves removing the back plastic
-
Not sure if this has been mentioned here as I only glassed through but don't forget about the small storage under the passenger hump. I keep a small set of torx and driver in glovebox and that allows me to open the hump up and I have a small compressor and tire kit in there. Also keep a leatherman in the glovebox for the unknowns
-
Use a short extension and just put a single wrap of tape to hold the bolt in the socket so you don't drop it but not too much that it won't easily be able to get the socket off when you tighten it up.

This is posted on the Canadian slingshot owners Facebook page. He won't answer questions on line and seems to skirt any that are asked. I believe he had this built by guy in Florida.

Wow! Both in my thoughts. Get well soon fellas

Here let me help you change that belt on the side of the road

Had to take on a second job to afford the mods and had a few extra dollars left for ice cream.
-
Nope she sat right in the passenger seat while I gave quotes and then we enjoyed a nice warm evening ride

@KayTwo and @sideseatdriver just wanted to say you two are wonderful people. We received our neck warmers in the mail today and Mary didn't take long to try it on. We took the sling to do some job quotes and then for an hr ride to go to Dairy Queen for a treat. Thanks guys

@maverick5990 hey a little duct tape and that thing is as good as new! Can't believe you let a few minor cracks like that bother you
-
Seen it last year at Ball Equipment track day. Didn't really get into the details of it. Looked like a real nice setup.

Played box lacross but never had a chance for field. Still like to watch our junior team play. Hard dirty hitting game
