I too love the look of the new top. Profile has a VW beetle look, which I loved when I had one in the 70's.
But the cost of that top is more than I paid for the beetle.
I'll wait for RD's reveal.

Of course I want to do my own mods but as a woman who barely knows which end of the screwdriver to use, I've been using this web site to help me out.

My SS is at the dealers having 500 mile check up ( although I have 1500miles on it ) there was on issue with passenger seat having bubbles and drivers panel with what looks like a bolt coming thru.
Won't be picking up till second week in August
Love to join up once I'm in the drivers seat again!

Only takes a 40 minute ride to hit NH border..... Or less in SS
Thanks for posting and assuring me. I like the lights. Maybe the tech at Mom's in Foxboro Ma., is unfamiliar or unsure how to put in ( I don't either) which is why I was bringing to dealer. He did sound pretty positive it would be "a bad thing to do."
Maybe I should find another place to put them in .
I bought eyebrow switch back lights from sling mod. Love the look and increased visibility. Brought to dealer to put in when doing 500 mile check.
Was told by tech staff there "not recommend, nothing but problems after install"
Had issues with radios failing, lights not working, lots of electrical issues caused by aftermarket lights.
And could jeopardize the warranty.
Needless to say this made me rather anxious.
Am holding off on returning until I hear from people who actually put them in.
What do you guys think?
