Must be. Not sure why a PM is needed when pictures are posted advertising a product. -
I'd be interested in price as well

we would have to have a as here with a Hahn kit to mock up and build a jig
I'm looking for an excuse to get back to Wisconsin and I have a Hahn. -
Before I forget this...
Here is the amp I would recommend. It is more than enough to push any of these sets of speakers... I would wire each pod so that it would be 2ohm and then use the front right and left (unbridged...) and that would give you the rear right and left to bridge down into one channel for a future single subwoofer...
YOU CANT ASK FOR A BETTER AMP. I have recommended this beast to a lot of people and no-one has been disappointed... They usually tell me that they couldn't believe how clear and how strong this thing is....
Brand New Alpine MRV F300 4 Channel Car Amplifier 50 Watts RMS 793276012418 | eBay
No matter if you buy my speakers or get them somewhere else I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this amp....
It also will allow speaker level inputs and it will trigger the amp to turn on.
And it has gain on front and rear input side and It has a crossover on both front and rear.
ITS A AMAZING AMP. IT HAS TO BE DOUBLE what its rated........ I cant believe they classify it as a 50 watt x 4
I received that model amp yesterday and Alpine included a verification certificate. The spec was 75w @ 2 ohm minimum. Actual was 95w. That may explain it. -
I hope he uses the block. Drilling the block is so easy
I couldn't imagine going through the headache of drilling the pan. Heck, GM even made the drilling location on their engines. -

Thanks for the heads up. Just got the amp and an install kit with 4 AWG wire and connectors I found on ebay for $151. Never would have even searched if it wasn't for you post.

@rabtech Nothing wrong with accepting freebies. I don't think anyone here would refuse something given to us free. The fact that you are so thorough in your reviews and willingness to help us! is well documented. Carry on Sir!

You're screwed Rab... I finally gave up and just give my oldest (junior in college) $10K a semester and tell her to get a job to pay the rest (and she lives at home) I'm hoping the two boys (freshman and junior in HS) run off and join the circus...
The military is a great option. I am proud of my service right after graduation from HS and used the benefits to further my education. -

The turbo is a Precision right? Is it the same model that Hahn uses?

I guess everyone has figured out that I'm home now and have some photos of this stuff. AGAIN,,, Words can't really describe some of these components... I can't believe that some of this stuff is real. It looks like jewelry its so refined. I honestly wasn't expecting to see this kind of metalwork. That isn't supposed to mean that I thought it was bad before. I just never had pictured it being this sexy. Yep , I said the sexy word.
I want to give this system an honest evaluation with lots of detailed pictures. I think I will start with the manifold. I had always had a bad taste in my mouth about hand fabricated headers being used on a turbo in such a tight space. I have had all kinds of headers and they are notorious for leaking, twisting, and heating up in certain spots more than others. i have tried ceramic coating and jet hot coating and they never seem to work as flawless as a cast manifold. That was one of the things I liked about my current turbo system. It had a cast log style manifold and it made me happy,..
Henry has made what appears to be some sort of Medusa hair looking hybrid manifold. It has this thick ass heavy plate that bolts to the engine and then it has tightly twisted header pipes that seem to be thick also. And at the other end he did the same heavy plate to bolt to the turbo. Yes,,, This makes me happy...... Because now I can have hand made headers that have some of the beefiest flange plates I have ever seen. And they are true and straight as a razors edge..... And look at the collector... It is some of the smoothest stuff I have seen. Im sure Henry will chime in and give more technical details. But ill do my best till he does.
Like the location of the sensor bung -

MPH, or MPG? Not that I care about MPG, just an observation. Stage 2 running 7 PSI boost got me 148 MPH (indicated) before I shut it down. I was just curious because it seems that a SC takes HP to make HP and a turbo takes wasted energy to make HP.
-
How much of a MPG are you losing (if any) with the SC? I've noticed a more than 4 MPG increase with the Hahn stage 2 and the tune ( and it seems to keep increasing) and I drive it worse than the stock including the occasional do nought ( no sprinkles)

Wade has saved me more than once also. I always use it.
