I think it's a personal decision for everyone... It's bad math... because it has to be. Your paying for a form of insurance and the benefit is peace of mind, every one values that differently. Personally I think the powertrain only option is pretty cheap for the assurance that you won't have to cover major component failure. Last, at the point of re-sale an active extended warranty adds huge value.

Awesome!!! Pretty sure all of them are coming? I'm wanted to put together "care packages" for all the owners who attend, Hoping to have a good idea of how many are coming. The lot should hold like 100 vehicles and we have private access to block it off if we want but we need to allow for some parking for people just checking it out i would think.

Good news for the ride... I have confirmed ship dates on 2017's!!! Were gonna put some miles on them. Fingers crossed to be here in time.

Hey Guys...

Couple updates:

1. The lot will be open to park in at 4pm, and if possible everyone should arrive by 6pm for the meet and greet.

2. I have hired a food truck "The Mean Weenie" (The Mean Weenie | , MI) to serve food from 6pm-8pm. Anyone who brings a slingshot to the event, the food is free.

3. Still hoping to have 2017 demos on site and available for test drives, however waiting on Polaris.

4. At 8pm we will take off and do the Drew Cruise Lap

5. When we finish the drive, we will pick a TBD location for an after hours hangout with more food and a few drinks.

If possible, it will help me out if people wishing to attend can shoot me a pm in advance so I can plan on the numbers.

Sorry for the delayed entrance, been a hectic few days catching up from the holiday.

So yeah... the plan is to have a meet and greet car show style in the afternoon followed by a cruise and then dinner at night.

- The lot is rented just waiting on access times
- I'm working with Polaris to get some 2017 demo units for test drives
- working on prizes for the best slingshot in different categories
- working on snacks and refreshments
- I'm going to be appearing on 'Live in the D" with Chuck Gaidica the first week in August to promote Slingshot, My business, and the Woodward ride.

Should be a good time to bring the Michigan Slingshot community together... I'm very open to other ideas and suggestions as well.

p.s. I would like to become an official vendor on here, who should I contact?
