I'm doing Army training in Dublin, CA until September 15th. Seeing if anyone was in the area who may want to help me the sites? Doesn't have to be in a Slingshot though that would be epic. Just would rather not be stuck on base for 2 weeks.
Thank you

I would not touch a thing and take it back to the dealer and raise one hell of a stink.
-
Installed mine this morning. Thank you @Slingshot Garage
-
Then we should set something up. I'll look at my schedule and get back to you later tonight or early tomorrow morning

LED lights would be pretty epic.

Power steering has been replaced. Had the 5k service done as well and got the cockpit LED lights installed as well. The place I went to could not have been more awesome to me and my wife. Top notch crew and they gave us a military discount.

Looks great. Makes me anxious to get mine now.

The all white does look pretty sweet.

I like it because I can now tell where the junkies are in my neighborhood. Because they are the only ones not holding a cell phone.
I have played the game, but I'm going to use common sense. What better way to get robbed at night, then to openly present your $1,000 cell phone to some mugger or junkie. Probably a few creeps with a drawer full of stolen phones somewhere. -
I have this "Thin Blue Line" sticker proudly displayed on the back of my SS.

If insurance is covering it, go all new man. I have a $500 deductible so that would be a fair trade-off for me. The place that is fixing my power steering, it took them around 3 to 4 days to get the part from Polaris.
-
Got them this morning.
-
Polaris sent the part and it goes in tomorrow morning for the power steering replacement and it's 3k service. They are also going to take a look at the engine and rear wheel and find out why they are both making strange noises. At 3600 miles I don't think I should be having this many problems but at least this dealership is handling everything straight through Polaris.

Looking forward to letting you know.

I tried again. Hope I did it correctly. Clicked on your name then on the envelope to email.

Around 30 miles a gallon here.

I sent a PM about an order. Was wondering if you received it?

I keep trying to load the video but it wwon't work.
@'airoutlaw I tried finding the place you were looking for and didn't see it. So maybe it is missing. -
I will post a video tomorrow. Thank you for the reply.
I use 93 octane for fuel and everything is stock.
It sounds pretty rough when idling, like it's about to run out of fuel.
Acceleration and idling it makes the same sound. -
My Sling is at 3500 miles. Had a service done at 1200 miles and everything was great. In the last couple thousand miles my power steering went out, back wheel is making squeaky sounds and now the motor is making these gurgling sounds and sounding more like an old lawn mower but the oil level is fine. I'm having it looked at once Polaris approves the power steering repair, but wanted to find out of anyone else has had the engine sound experience?
