So I have a '15 SL with a Codeman exhaust and a K&N air filter. My dealer, Malcolm Smith in Riverside, CA, did an ECU update and my idle still hangs and drops down very slowly. I returned and was told that, per Polaris, I should replace the airfilter with a stock one and remove the aftermarket exhaust and it should be fine. The Service Manager stated that our computer won't even compensate for a "change in the airfilter" and that I should seek an aftermarket re-boot if I want to keep the setup that I have currently. I also mentioned that my u-joint on the "prop assembly" needed frequent greasing and was told that it's a "known problem" and to keep greasing it.

I just put a short piece of wire in the connector under the driver's seat. No more light.

@KayTwo I checked the link and it matches what the dealer had.
I did read that the 2016s had sealed u-joints and maybe a propshaft replacement would be worthwhile. -
OK. I have looked everywhere for help on this. My dealer's parts guys can't help.
Due to owner neglect (my bad) my u-joint began to make noise. I greased it, but it may have been too late as there seems to be some noise yet. There is NO replacement in the Polaris parts data other than replacing the prop shaft "assembly". Surely someone has had to replace this basic mechanical component. But how and with what? Any cross reference or suggestions will certainly be appreciated.
