@Cameron Roberts if i remember right someone posted the fuel filter is in the tank and part of the pump. That means i would have to replace pump. Also i have Ddm fuel rail so i wouldn't think it would be that. so being all plugs are lean i bet it's more of an item controlling all. not an injector or 2.

@Cameron Roberts gonna try new map sensor for the fact it's yr old but was also thinking maybe injectors also does anyone know brand and part that are used in the Hahn? If injectors wouldn't it show on the plugs which injectors were plugged? What chances of all injectors being plugged? i know the aem gauge is reading all but i would think i would have certain plugs showing lean.

@Cameron Roberts i have pulled and replaced couple times to check harness and the o ring on it. It was locked down that my fat fingers had a hard time pressing the clip and removing at the same time.i have found them on line but the pics show the whole map sensor plastic as mine the nipple is metal. Also remember a post about ddm using a different seal compared to what i have but map sensor is just over a yr old

@Bill Martin thanks for Cycle Springs heads up. I have been waiting over a week for Hahn to get me the color of the powder coat. So hopefully i can find elsewhere. I did find a Borg Warner local but not sure if want to test different model according to counter guys.
@funinthesun it should be 2 bar since i ordered the 2x system. -
@Bill Martin I don't have a back fire it like somebody shut of the ignition until i let off the gas. Guess I'll be trying to find map sensor. Hopefully cycle will have in stock.

no not any better it just reads higher when cruising. 1 of the runs viewing the aem log it dropped down to 11 afr then holding around 11 12 range then boom it was at 4000 rpm was 14 then 17 range
-
@rabtech i did find the part number and replaced now i seem to be running leaner when cruising it is up in the 15 range when i hit the gas it comes down to 11 -12 range then around 4000 rpm it starts climbing quickly
-
@rabtech still does it found o2 sensor local going to go get and try. Do you know if the map sensor from Hahn is a standard map sensor? Pic attached I was gonna buy 1 also if it is. I had also pulled it to check it and re seat it.

Thanks @rabtech i just uploaded the logs and cleared the gauge gonna go out and run and record with it cleared. If o2 or map sensor shouldn't it be throwing codes? Got no codes. I see codes in the manual for o2 sensor and intake air pressure sensor is this map sensor?

I have a Hahn turbo set at 9 psi been fine for over a year & 10,000 miles. Also have aem failsafe. Yesterday after driving for a while it would start to sputter when you gave it gas and would see the afr drop down in 11 range then all of a sudden shot up. So got home pulled all vacuum lines and checked, also checked every hose and connection on the turbo. Pulled the plugs they look nowhere like the old plugs i changed out before winter no black what so ever. So changed anyways since they were out. This morning went for another ride everything was perfect until after about 20 mins and it starts it again. Turned it off and restarted still there. I seen the aem gauge hit up at 17 while in the throttle while it just sputters. I also used camera to look inside while plus were out and didn't see anything odd. So where should i look next to find the issue? Why would it cut out once it gets hot? My water temp is holding between 200 and 220.

@gooseman don't remember if taillight is positive or negative. Do you remember? Did you put in a relay for the reverse? Won't be hard to do but don't have manual with me

@gooseman the purple wire is the reverse input. Did you hook it up to go automatically when in reverse? Where did you connect to at trans or taillight

when i purchased mine they were 379.00 in June 2015

the stock camera will work with a aftermarket unit i have used 2 pioneers and a joying android unit. I will have to look at the schematic to see the wires but all i did was use the plug on the back of the stock unit and add an rca. The stock camera is powered all the time the key is in the on position that's why everyone had problems with radio reception but when put to accessories the camera is off and radio works

it's from Slingmods bought june 2015. If i remember right just took a plug apart in the panel under the key and plugged the harness into each side i disconnected. I just watched the video and they left the plug from the key disconnected mine had a plug to plug it back in. So it does look like they changed them not sure why.
I am glad i can use the key still since the key & fob is in my pocket 24/7. I have had the battery die and had to use a key to get home. saved me trying to carry spare battery or find a battery to buy to get home
-
I'm confused i have had the keyless for 2 yrs and i can still use the key to start if need be. did they change these? when i take it in for recalls i just give them the key instead of explaining to them which switch to start it.
