Hello all, newbie here. I've been doing my homework for a few days and reading threads. One of the first things I'm going to do is install a new horn. The instructions for these mini air horns require running a power wire from the battery which is the biggest PITA of the install. There's one guy out there that says it's much easier to just run a fused line straight from the alternator. That seems to make a lot of sense to me...but it isn't something that seems to be largely accepted. Why not? Is there a reason not to do this? Thanks.

Thanks all. So there isn't a For Sale specific section like most of the bigger forums I'm on? Appreciate the advice on modding, but there are a couple things I'm going to need for sure including dust/cockpit covers and some under-body lighting.

Hello from Vegas! FINALLY bought my 1st sling after renting several...just in time for it to get too hot here and sit in ther garage. Got an orange 18 SLR. Looking forward to reading threads and learning...as a lot of us have extra time now lol. Is there a FOR SALE section here? I have the mod bug and it isn't even here yet. Thanks.
