Here's a recent link..There seems to be a lot more "knock sensor" issues with the 2.4 in the Sling than there is in GMs. It almost always is "open circuit" which IMO is caused by the connector. The way the wire is clamped onto the bottom of the intake manifold probably causes a vibration on the short remaining length occasionally unseating the connector contacts. When I put mine back I zip tied in a different spot with a longer length and also brushed some high temp silicone glue across the outside of the connector to hold it firmly in place.

EJ makes a great suggestion because it's amazing just how different the ride is amongst all the windscreens. I tried several early on starting with a base model without a screen. Dealer let me try the bubbles (which were the best looking-think batmobile) but they were about as good as nada at speed. Swapped them for the stock blade which wasn't bad but had had that low pressure area behind screen which sucked toward it and also blocked any cooling air. That was a big deal early on as the 15s had a lot of interior heat issues. I tried a couple of others. 2 favorites were the F4 and the madstad. The F4 looks very nice and acts more like a normal windshield ( block rain, wind and look through it), it does have a good looking compound bend off to the sides that lends to a little viewing distortion. The Madstad is probably the clunkiest looking screens. I tried the 7, 9 and 11. I couldn't look over the 11 all the way down (5'8" and a taller seat)) and the 7 lost some structural integrity trimmed down and would bend quite a bit on hwy. I eventually decided on the 9" and have been VERY happy with it's functionality as it lets in the most amount of air, breaks up the low pressure problem and greatly reduces turbulence. Can pretty much wear a cap on highway..It is clunkier looking and I accepted that trade off.

Kelley Blue Book lists a 2015 SL as $11750 dealer trade in and $15,680 dealer sale price. Private sale is generally the median of the two. Consider your lower than normal mileage and whatever mods you have in setting a price. Mods will probably figure at about a third of new value.

It's not that hot....It's somewhat cooler in the mountains and the rains are more localized and consistent (late afternoon). It does mean there will be HOT women there..I just got a call from Comfort Inn also to switch the dates. They said they were relatively light for that week in August and should be able to move everyone over that wants to.

Numbers from Polaris for a 2018 SS show:

0 to 60 time of 5.5 seconds (video showed 6.9 on the 2020)

1/4 mile - 14.6 sec and 96 mph (video showed 15.8 and 90 on the 2020)

Not sure if we should be questioning how Polaris came up with those numbers as the HP is almost identical. Is it the Automatic or rear end ratio?

Just saw an eco group commercial yesterday asking for money to help the "declining" Polar Bear population. Meanwhile actual Polar Bear numbers have been increasing at a steady rate. These groups always tend to pick cute, majestic creatures to raise money from like thinking emotional types in the general public. Since some always tend to think mankind is the scourge of the planet, they take these commercials at face value which feeds more erroneous solicitation. A lot of the people working at these organizations deplore having a real contributory job as meaningless and want to believe they are making some important difference when, in reality, they are simply shaking people down.

Did you ever consider why there are no endangered insects, worms or snakes? A Save the Whales person might throw themselves in front of a boat without considering that the whale will eat 40 million Krill per day. Why not a "Save the Krill" T-shirt? Who gets to decide which living organisms take precedence? Spock explains the logic:
