My fear is the debates will be hosted and slanted in Hillary's favor. The moderators won't let Trump interrogate her when she lies. You all know debates are not really debates. They are question and answer sessions were each person can lie and tout how great they are.

How about NO CHILD born to a non US citizen without legal residency is NOT an automatic US citizen? I worked in IT for 42 years. The last 10 years with IT resources from Infosys in India. They come here get married if not already and drop a kid(s). Now the kid has dual citizenship. What a bunch of fools we are!

I don't currently carry but do have CCW's in Maine & NH. NH covers some states Maine does not. I really don't want to have something else to haul around, wallet & cell phone is enough. But it is getting to the point where I may have no choice.

For the life of me I cannot believer anyone could vote for Hillary. I really think she is a pathalogical lier. Obviously there are allot of STUPID people that have gone along with the Dems over the years. Especially the black community and what have the Dems do to improve their lives. Trump keeps stepping on his dick and I ever wonder if he is worthy of the presidency, but Hilary is a much worse choice. How could she negociate with any foreign gov't when they could not trust her. I sure would feel better if we had someone like Ben Carson. But who knows how he would be when in the limelight.

I just sent an email to the Speed Bleeder people to see if they have them to fit the SS. I see they list the victory mc on the site so maybe they will add the SS. Bikers who have these will swear by them. I can bleed my Goldwing in 1/2 hour and do not have to worry about getting air in the system.

Had the switches replaced yesterday and all is working. Hood would not open so dealer adjusted it. Got home and saw I could stick my hand thru the fender and the front cowl. Really pissed I did not check it before leaving dealer. Took it back this morning and they adjusted it and it looks better then when I bought it and the hood actually opens now. Dealer said the hoods are a real pain in the ass. His theory is the back posts that go into the latches are not wide enough and when you pull the hood forward they catch the latch. I said "tell polaris" he said "polaris won't admit it is an issue because then they acknowledge it's a problem". Happy for now, going for a ride.

Maybe the DEMS are finally realizing their party is more corrupt than the Repubs. I cannot believe they can put up a person that is SO CROOKED AND A PATHALOGICAL LyER (PARDON SPELLING). Trump may not be able to keep his mouth shut when he should but Hillary - give me a break.

I use Brake Bleeders on my Goldwing. Makes the whole process super easy and no chance of getting air in the system. If air does get into the system because you bled the resevoir dry the bleeders will purge the air. They probably make them to fit the SS.

I guess I am cheap. I have an android phone with 6" screen and use Co-Pilot as my navigation software. I have a Shuberth helmet with BT and it integrates with the phone and the SL entertainment system. Gets me where I want to go. And the software is FREE unless you want voice capability which I paid $3 or less for from the app store. Don't use it much but I also don't use my helmet much.

I have build 641 and now have 24k on the clock. I don't see why the hood would crack if you use the metal plate to open it with. I have done all my oil changes etc and NEVER lift the hood by the plastic. For those of you who have cracked hoods, be honest and let us know if lifting by the METAL plate provided still does not protect the hood from cracking. I don't see how it cannot.

I can't blame the techs working on the SS since Polaris never had a training course for them. I think Polaris really needed to have techs from the dealers attend a technical course. I have had several issues with the SS but my dealer has stepped up to the plate each time to get them resolved. Yes it is a pain to drive 20 miles for service and drop it off but it is what it is. I love the SS and after 50 years of riding MC's, I have them all up for sale.

Replaced rear at 16k before this season. Still had tread but wanted it done before I started riding. Bought 2 Kenda's for rear for $260 including shipping. Saved a ton of money since the dealer wanted $289 for 1 plus mounting. Took the rim/tire to my car dealer up town and they installed and balanced for $23. Since I have another sitting in the garage I guess I will buy 2 new fronts for next season. They have 24k on them now but will last this season.

Dealer ordered brake sensor switch. When hooked up to the diagnostic system it had recorded 8 failures. Waiting for part and have had over 20 failures since check. I stopped counting.

I installed the Polaris heat kit. Not a fun project. Wife says feet are not frying and she is happy. She did mention the floor is still hot. DEI said they sell the floor and tunnel heat shields as a kit for 120. Not interested in the tunnel but will see if they will just sell me the floor shield.

Finally got it all installed. What a pain. If I did not have trouble with one of the stripped fasteners it would have save a few hours. I never did get the screw out. The fitting broke and after removing I had to fabricate a fix. Knowing what I know now it would have gone allot faster. I am 68 and my stamina lasts for a few hours. I spent parts of 3 days getting this on. I did not keep track of the hours but I bet between working on it and breaks I probably had 6 hours into it. Definately needed a friend help removing the hood and getting the hood back on along with the sub-frame. Glad I had my pitbull MC jack. I put that under the sub-frame and just slid the frame out enough to get the support removed. Wife says her feet did not get hot today. She said before they would get hot after a few miles. She did say there is still allot on heat on her floorboard. It is worth the $$ spent. I would recommend it but if your dealer will install for $200 or less that is what I would do. Had to cut 14 cable ties but putting them back only took minutes since each tie had white tape around the loom where it went. The Cat delete pipe seems to make the engine round smoother. It is not louder than the stock Cat but eliminates some heat. I am happy with it. Goodluck to whomever does this project. It's not real hard just time consuming.

Got the muffler heat kit installed and the cat delete pipe. The instructions from Polaris are not great. The pics for the foam for the rocker panel is so dark I have no idea where it goes. Any help would be appreciated. On to the radiator shroud tomorrow.

Thought I would give you an update on the Polaris Heat kit install. I ran into a problem removing the right side panels. The first screw at the back of the seat in the corner would not come out. As I was unscrewing something snapped and the clip that the screw goes into just kept spinning around. I could not get hold of it. The panel seemed loose so I just removed it with that fitting still in. Well, the snap I heard was the fitting broke the plastic it was clipped to. What a BITCH! I fabricated a metal fitting and JBwelded it to the plastic tunnel that was left. Once it cures I am confident I can put the retainer clip back on and secure the panel. Worked on this for about 3 hours. Now I am waiting for my cat delete pipe to arrive so I can finish the muffler and side panel reinstall. I did remove the hood with a friend before I started any of this. I plan on doing the radiator shroud tomorrow or Monday depending how the reinstall goes for the muffler. Honestly, if the charge was $200 labor, I would jump on it. This is not fun. But if the screw issue did not come up it would have changed my thinking.

THX, I have watched the Slingmod video on side panel removal and think I got it. Not looking forward to the radiator shroud install but it is supposed to rain(shower) here for the next 2 days. Perfect time to do this. I plan on doing the muffler tomorrow and radiator the next day since I have no patience according to the wife.

Thanks, reading the Polaris instructions it does not look like rocket science. But I did not want to undo all the wires if not necessary. Starting with the muffler install in the morning since my help for the hood removal will not be here until the afternoon.
