Doing a reassembly after crash and it's been a few months and I'm old and drink to much.
Do the two rubber numbers that mount on the nose if front get mounted flush to plastic, I.e. The are not adjustable or did I miss something?

Mine was to the left also,
My right front hit standing water and the SS pitched sideways to the left and I was facing the ditch I was about to fly thru. I wonder if the drag from hitting the standing water or the stability is freaking out. -
My Fake vent has been held in place for a year with 3m double side tape , remove the screw and toss it away. I also cut down the plastic tit (your welcome tripod) thing to gain even more clearance.

I found if you grab the inside of each cup with both hands and press out as you pull up they will pop right out plus it's a good stress reliever.

I find the SL's expensive backup camera useless due to horrible clarity/resolution.I assumed it was the cheap head units, does the warranty camera change resolve this? Will a aftermarket head unit work with factory camera? Larger screen and better resolution would be a awesome.

Cracking around the buttons would suck. Glad Rab and Cameron are doing the high speed stress tests.

Did he drill from the bottom or top side, my guess top side is safer to not damage hood. You could use greaser or something similar on top of the ball stud and close hood to mark from the bottom side drill a small hole to transfer and then tape of hood and drill. I would buy this from the guy if available and be happy to pay for the R and D.

Awesome, I have springs mounted up by windshield and still have problems with latches not releasing I think this would fix that also.
