Thanks Bones, I don't know how it got there but it's off now. I never used any of those oily or wet looking products. I was tempted when That cloudy film kept coming back after the SS dried. I was told to try alcohol to remove the film then try some turtle wax Ice...It worked great...Again, Thanks everyone for the help....

Today I was having some fun on my favorite sparsely traveled roadway. I recently added the JRI single adjustable suspension and Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on my base model 2015. While acceleration out of the apex of a tight 15mph right hand corner the passenger side front wheel came off the ground approx 12 inches (best guess). No loss of control in the corner, just an easy tire lift and then it went down. I was driving solo. Probably wouldn't have happened with a passenger. These tires are sticky, just not enough to hold the wheel down Now I know my limit when driving solo on right handers.
How fast were you going on that 15 mph turn?

All of the "Black" restorer has some 'black color' in it. Clean it with alcohol and then use the 'Ice' detailer in all the areas front and sides....think you'll be happy with that.
Thanks...The alcohol and Ice did the trick. I've always used ice but I guess I must have put on some other wax at one time or another over the past year...Thanks again everyone for the info...

The news is just entertaining it really doesn't matter to me or probably most of the Slingshotinfo members. Haven't logged in at that site in weeks. Hope all those vendors find their way over here.
They did take the money and ran though.Wow, I kinda feel a little taken by that other forum. I was taken in by all that SS and we talk. I thought they owned and road as we do...They made their money and left town after dark...Wow

Looks nice. Good Luck with It. This cheap gas issue has thrown a wrench into the electric car development process. How much does it cost to fully charge a car to gob200 miles? Also until the electric generation process gets clean, we are just swapping who's doing the pollutin, cars or power companies. But we have to start somewhere. I've always been a fan of the hydrogen cars that use a system based on water and sunlight in re-fuel for little or no money. They take water and a process using electric from sunlight to split the oxygen and hydrogen from the water, keeping the hydrogen and releasing the oxygen. Seems like a good solution...

I have my original unflashed ECU in my 2015 SL. I get a little hang but it's not all that bad and I can live with it. Always scared to mess with something that works, I have no steering issues or dead spots. If the flash will cure the hang maybe I'll flash it when I bring it in for the headlight wire recall.

Its a 2016. Purchased about a month ago.
I'm thinking I may need an alignment after all this. Closest dealer that does it is about 1.5 hrs away in downtown Philly. Not really loving the thought of getting to this dealership. I may have to drive further to find one not in Philadelphia.
I think DHY in Depford NJ has a laser system and I sure tha Extreme Machines in Millstone NJ has one...Good Luck..There's a lot to be said for not getting stranded or having something like this happen on your way to SSITS...

Take your time with these things. If you are new with a standard trans, it is easy to go thru a clutch just driving normally when you are learning. So unless you have the skill to replace a clutch on your own, you may want to wait till you get a few miles under your belt...Just sayin...

Don't give me that LED crap...I was right back over there when I saw you run over that giant Hurd of lighting bugs..

So let me get this straight, you have to be at least this tall to operate one of these?...

Pam, I am so sorry for your loss..We will all miss him.
Take care of yourself, and get better.
