I've installed these and find that they help cut down the air that wraps around to my lower back. This is a plus when riding in cold weather. I've also noticed that when riding in the rain it does reduce how wet my side gets. Not by a great amount but by a noticeable amount.
Installation was very easy and fit is good.

Doesn't that limit your view forward toward the right fender?
The only time I've even noticied it is when I have the GoPro camera mounted there as that sits up a bit higher. I'm 6'1" so do sit high enough for it to not be an issue. Normally there isn't anything mounted unless I'm on a road trip.

The problem I have with the NRG post and the thread count is wrong for all my Ram Balls. The ball that comes with the rear view mirror works fine. I do a lot of Ram Mounts on my boats and have a drawer full of Ram parts in all sizes. My fishing buddy says I must have stock in the company.
The 6mm mounting holes on my centerpost were easy to retap to 1/4-20. I didn't have any 6mm RAM balls but did have 1/4-20's.

What is the white attachment? Some reason my brain keeps saying solar panel.
EZ-Pass.

If you add RAM balls to your windshield center brace you can attach multiple different things including a cell phone.

While this method is certainly quicker, and may be fine for a smaller F4, my +9 wiggles a fair amount at slightly greater than highway speeds with various cross breezes. I'd be reluctant to use tape and plastic body clips.
I also have the F4+9 and have not had any appreciable wiggle. I do have the Twist Dynamics roof and perhaps that helps deflect the air preventing the wiggle. Mine was one of the first +9's and I do not know if they made any production changes to them later on.

Not a Slingshade but here is an F4+9

I've driven in the rain and wonder if there is any problem with water spray from the tires? I like the idea and look of these but am curious if this causes a problem or not. Thanks.

Any word on if there will be another HomeComing? I was at the first and it was worth the drive down.

This will do it nicely.

Had my first shot of Pifzer the other day. Had a mild headache and very minor arm soreness.
I can hardly feel the micochip. (;->

Are there any reccomended places to stay for this event or those offering group discounts?

I've thought about going with 22" on my 2018 SL but am curious is to what impact it has on the accuracy of the speedometer? Can anyone shed any light on how much difference it makes.

I was looking to mount a cell phone to my original Polaris windshield brace and finally learned the brace's holes are M6x1 thread and ordered a 1" Ram ball with M6x1 thread and now have much more adjust-ability compared to when I had the Ram mount on the side of the windshield brace. Now all I need to do is find my old cell phones!
Here's the Double Socket Arm with screw-down Base I used - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B007I77GZ0.
I also bought this cell phone holder - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B071V64DZ6.
This is the 1" Ram Ball Adapter with M6 x 1 thread that I bought to thread into the Polaris windshield brace - https://www.ebay.com/itm/RAM-M…ed-Post-Stud/293882226651.
Here's a pic of the assembled cell phone holder -
I did the same thing. Only thing I did different was to retap to 1/4-20 as I had those size RAM balls on hand.

I've noticed that my belt will get noisey when it is dirty. A good cleaning will quiet things down quite a bit.

This is what I did.

I found that it easier to back up onto the front ramps and after the sling is in place to jack the rear carefully. Once high enough I put jack stands in place. I've had to much trouble getting the rear ramp to stay put as it keeps slipping away.

FWIW - On my 2018 SL I use a USB stick with MP3 files on it and it works just fine. I plug into the USB connection in the glove box.
