Hmm, looked at @WOLF photos, my box was missing the hat
Guys and gals, a fair and unbiased review of this product, uninfluenced by gifts/discounts or offers of cheap women and cigars...
It comes packaged superbly. @lrobbi could save (make) more money by changing is packaging, but he will not.
It installs in minutes. One of the easiest installs ever.
It is secure. (road tested as speeds above 95 mph for extended time) I too made it whistle like @Rob the Slob but that was at speeds well above normal driving and I think it was a strange crosswind. I wasn't able to repeat the noise going home.
It works. it works well.
You can also add lights to it!

We are home and secure. We had a great time with both old and new friends. See you in Maggie!

I tested it.. I couldn't get the android app to work on my iPhone. I'd say it's broke.

Sorry you can't make it @Slingrazor... was bringing the oil cooler for a little parking lot install LOL. I'll put it on one day, just hadn't had the time in retirement. Sat home two days, got bored, went to work for an Oil and Gas company to make a few dollars for mods.
Texas T should be rollin in around 2 PM. First stop... @SlingTunes for some sound.
@Boomer I have a set of the original bags that I'd be glad to haul down for $75.00. Never used, don't like to shove them under my top. They are great looking bags though! Let me know and I'll throw them in the trunk.

We just bought two new Sena Calvary Helmets. @slolane suggested them when we were in Colorado last year. They are Bluetooth integrated and I hear the quality is great.. I haven't tried it yet, because if I don't have to wear one, I will not...

Now I have to track down a face shield for these that I can wear if it rains.

Did I miss the results somewhere?

It's been a week or so since this arrived, I've just been a bit busy to stop and take the time to photograph and post what arrived.
@Ross Your a great man, a good friend and I can't wait to see you all again. Folks, this is a 2 foot x 3 foot fantastic looking piece of ART!
I don't know anything about photoshop, photo editing or anything, I just have to say again this makes proud to be involved with all of you.

Upcoming Trips: Kerrville, Maggie Valley and Eureka Springs this year. Hope to see you all there!

Hahahah.... holy smoking guns batman. It's happening. My dad talked like this but he had brain cancer and then died.... much like this thread should.
-
Very nice, I can't wait to see those results posted, and some actual road-tests to see how it translates to working power!
-
Sabrerattler & Shay Shay will be there!

Just out of curiosity when you put in the 4 point harnesses where did you mount the outboard side of the lap portion of the belts? The stock buckle side mounts to the side of the seat frame which does not seem to me like a good mounting point for a 4 point.
Yes, I pulled the stock buckle off and mounted it there.
-
@edwardaneal Thanks for posing this, and then following up with what you added and where you got them.
It is to each their own... no one has to do it my way or they are wrong.
I pulled my factory seatbelt connector out, put in the harness bars and 4 point harness in. I would have left the factory in, but couldn't get them to mount simultaneously . Some days I wish I hadn't put them because the harness is not as easy to use and I can't figure out how to get it out of the way so I can go without it. Other days, I'm glad they are there as the g-force going around the corner threatens to toss me out! I see the point of the lap belt only for ease of use. If I wanted safe, I'd have bought a Toyota Camry.

It is nice to see these again. I have the RRR ones on my sling and really like the way it cleans up the front. I will say, mine were a bit difficult on the install and I had to cut loose a few wires and shove them further between the headlights. Great Job!
-
Very nice.... since my radio is stuck on 80's @ 8... Good sound coming from those young men.
-
Dropped sling at dealer this morning. He told me that Polaris issued recall 2 days ago for bad or missing seat welds.
Don't know anything else, just passing it along.

Won't they be surprised; my stock seats are missing!

Ok, Ok, @lrobbi I have to say, your website is a just little misleading.
So for all you now anxiously waiting to see what I'm going to say...
I didn't know I had to take it literally. It say's Coming Soon on the wind screen... I'll have you all know, he shipped it already! It really is COMING SOON! Fantastic. I'll let you know if it fits with the Bullet V-back, though I don't see how it would interfere in anyway with it. Again, fantastic service, the process was easy, the information is clear and concise. Thanks!

Again, just give them a juice box and send them on their way.

black powder coated? I'll take it. Another quality, outstanding product, designed by owners who care, and want to share with their community.
I just placed the order on your website. The process was very easy. Thanks!
