This sounds just like the clutch switch that I had to get replaced a month ago. Once it was replaced, all is well.

I did a lot of research on polaris electrical connectors and found this manufacturer speed.

Maybe this will help.

I guess one of the yellows is for the switch. Maybe when I have all the parts I will be able to figure it out with a circuit tester. Was just hoping someone had an easy answer. I have ordered a matching plug to connect the light wires to the factory plug. Maybe some trial and hopefully not too much error will work.

I need help hooking up a light bar to the existing fog light harness. I know I will need to add a 10 Amp fuse and a relay in the fuse block, and also gisf out the wires behind the infotainment head for the switch. My question is-- the factory fog light plug has three wires. Black in the middle and a yellow on either side. Obviously the black goes to black. Which yellow goes to my light's red wire, or does it matter?
Any guidance will be appreciated.

I prefer the sound with the baffles removed, but I prefer the looks with the baffles installed. Sooo, I have cut the down to nubs and that will have to do. Overall, I am very pleased with this welter exhaust system. Dealer charged me a bundle to install it, but I'm pleased.

To finalize this thread, I'm pleased to say the sling is shifting just fine since I picked it up from the dealer this AM. The magnetic switch was the culprit. Thanks to all who offered advice.

Just spoke to the dealer service manager. He said he's pretty confident that my problem is the magnetic clutch switch some of you have mentioned. He added that this is a very common problem. Hopefully I'll have my Sling back in a couple of days.
-
Dealer finally sent the flatbed and hauled the sling to the shop. Hope to hear something in a day or three.

Clutch fluid and transmission fluid are both ok.
Code is P0704 clutch switch signal
Called service manager this AM and he said it sounded like something with the clutch. It will be a few days before they can send their flatbed to pick up the sling.

Just want out to try the sling again.
Got
A note on the idiot screen that said P0704 clutch switch signal. I wonder if this could be my problem and not te tyranny. Anyone else have this problem and could it e mine?
TIA

My tyranny has all of a sudden gotten very difficult to get in gear, both going up and down shifting. Last time I drove it prior to this the tyranny was smooth as always. Any thoughts before I have it towed to the dealer. It's a 2018 with 5,000 easy driven miles.
Thanks,
Bob

My service manager said I can drive it with no problems. They cleared the code a few weeks ago when I went in for service and it has reappeared just yesterday. I'll have the dealer clear the code in six months or so when I go back for service.

Does anyone know how to adjust the baffles on the welter 2 inch dual exhaust system. I would like a little more aggressive sound.

Ice by turtle wax. Woks great and easy to use.

Just wondering how the tow dolly works with a Ford Edge. The vendor says you need a 3/4 ton truck.

Just came on after sitting for 10 days while out of town. No other idiot lights cam on. It was the check engine light, so I opened the hood and sure enough, the engine was there. While I had the hood open, I checked the oil and radiator water. Looked OK and fan beautifully. 🙂

Thanks to one of the members. My check engine idiot light was stuck on. Dealer said I had to bring it in to correct it. One of the posters suggested turning the ignition on to boot the computer three times in row, and the a fourth time and starting the sling. VOILA!

My 2018 SlR LE did the same thing yesterday. No idea what the fix is. Hasn't happened again yet.
