BTW,
It was the rear wheel bearing, and yes, it makes a horrible grinding noise.

That click clack was only when I started in 1st gear from a full stop. Dealer fixed me up in about an hour.
I had that click clack noise on my 2018 when it was about a year old. Dealer replaced the wheel bearing and no more noise. He said they had a lot of units with that problem. I think he said it was one of those silent recalls.
Isn't that called a differential?
Crazy horse hasn't changed since 2004.
It looks like Socal drives on the left side of the road.
My 2018 sputtered and stumbled when I'd come to a stop when I first got it. After a thousand miles or so, it straightened out. No idea why. Sorry I can't be of any help.
Cracked windshield?
I agree with Socal. Tufskinz make great products. Only wish they made a dress up kit for the drive pully.
That's a generous offer. I hope to make it to the dealer today to see what they say. It isa safety issue, so it may be covered by extended warrantee.
Thanks for the bad news.
Tried that. No
My driver's side seat belt is fully retracted and will not extend so I can use it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Forgot to say, mine are leaking while parked in the driveway with my NelsonRig cover over it.
My storage/luggage boxes leak more than I like. I have put self adhesive foam weather stripping around them, but they still leak. Does anyone have a solution to this water intrusion?
I've washed mine once. Soap, water in bucket and hosed off with garden hose. Worjed great.
Disc brake compression tool on Amazon for 11 dollars should do the trick.
Cervesa run.
I just ordered the side vents to install on Sling II they work pretty good when the stock splash guards are taken off. $119.99 plus shipping from http://www.DSUTVCOOLVENT.com
Are these vents pretty easy to install?
I have the Polaris 2018 infotainment system. The other day, the unit got stuck on the bootup screen with the warning message. I could not get it to move to any other screen nor could I turn it off. When I got home from my ride, I shut off the sling, but the unit stayed on and would not shut off.
I popped the hood and removed the 25 Amp fuse so that it wouldn't kill my battery. Once I located some mini fuses, I put a new one in and the unit appears to turn on and off correctly.
I just don't understand how the unit would stay on if the fuse was bad.
Any ideas?
