ahhh ok, I just wanted to make sure that the 2nd relay wouldn't set off any engine codes. as long as it doesn't interfere with anything then I will do it that way. thanks. oh would you also know which optima battery that everyone is using? I keep looking and the majority of them sold around here are all too large to fit. trying to find the one that everyone is using because there are many different models of yellow top battery

that is easy and I got it, but I would be putting a new relay into the mix. does that matter? putting a new fused connection to the battery is simple.
-
ok so will a 12 guage wire work? the usual wiring harness has 14 to 16 guage wire. I have a spool of 12 guage that I can use.
-
sounds good, I was just installing what came in the packaging lol. question for you then, it says in the manual that the stock for the slingshot is 20 amps. and the stebel nautilus air horn draws 18 amps. so I should be ok without having to change anything right? or should I still install a completely different system?
-
What kind of horn is it? Installing the horn should be pretty easy. Let us know if you need some install tips
i am installing the Stebel mini air horn. it comes with the 40 amp relay and I have the plug n play wiring harness for it. The only thing that concerns me with it now is the correct wires out of the steering column to the horn.
-
I am going to run new wire from the battery, the wiring harness that I ordered for the horn is a plug n play type so all I have to do is connect it. the only problem that I have right now is trying to find the right connections from the steering column to the horn. my fear of tearing that apart is the only thing holding me back right now lol. and as for the seat, I went out to the beast and found that much to my dismay I must have been dyslexic that day as the passenger seat doesn't have an adjuster lol. so that solved much of my own questioning lol. anyway. thanks for the help so far. I am sure I will have a ton more questions coming.

We are going to have to teach you how to not go to Coleman's. You can believe me now, or believe me later.
well that is where I bought it and have the 3 years no maintenance cost warranty. they had to fix what was messed up from the start. they are too expensive to try to get parts for anything so I will go everywhere else for those. I bought an air horn and now have to figure out how I am going to get it installed.
-
ahhhh nice, well then that answers that question and makes the purchase a whole lot simpler. thank you very much. now I can order them and wait the 4 to 6 weeks for delivery lol.
-
but that is why I wondered if I needed to purchase the option when I order the PRP seats. or if anyone on here has transferred over from the old seat to the new seat frames.
-
recognize who makes it...
it looks exactly like the one on the driver side, just a black bar. but I will take the pic after work.
-
there were a few things that coleman powersports in woodbridge had messed up and had to fix and I didn't even have the first 500 miles yet. they replaced the passenger seat because all of the screws were coming out of it.
-
you guys and your pictures lol. no pic it didn't happen.
-
-
Did u buy it new like that?
yes,
-
my stock seat slides, it has an adjuster on it
-
I took my drone with me and was out flying it making sure everything was good to go when I noticed that for some reason the video feed is pure white, and I don't know how to fix it.
next thing for you guys with the PRP seats, it asks if you want a passenger seat slider which adds another 225 dollars to it, the current seat has one, am I able to transfer that over or should I just pay for the new one?

Wide on the rear - better for traction
More narrow on the front - easier turning/better handlingI found a wheel that is 20x8 5x114.3 still checking on the offset but the look is awesome. So I am looking at that for the front and then 20x10.5 for the rear. Now to determine which tire to put on those rims.
-
I just did a yahoo search,.. 20x10 5x114.3 45mm
well that is what I was wondering. I have found a few that were close on the offset, but how wide can you go on the front before it is a problem. current set up it has a 17x7, how skinny does the 20" rims go?
-
so far I cant find anything I am interested in. the majority of the 20" rims I found that I like only have a 35MM offset which wont work and the most that anyone can machine is 3MM so its a no go for those. I will push forward and march along lol. nose to the grindstone as they say
-
cool, I think I want to jump to 20's on all three, seeing as how the specs allow for the fit. but if the 20's have an 8.5 as the smallest vs the 17x7 stock, will I have to put on spacers or anything like that to allow room for the calipers or anything?
