Felt I needed to add this to finish this thread! I just received a bran new oil pan from Henry at Alpha. I had told him about my problem and he steped up to the plate and made it right. I still have to caught up the time to get the pan installed (I'm not set up to do my own work at home) but at least I'm getting the support of the Turbo manufacturer I selected and THAT makes all the difference! Thx Henry.

It's near a screw close to the oil intake for the turbo. I saw the leak clearly and it was the gasket that was leaking (or whatever they use for gasket...) So they took it out and the conclusions are that the pan is a bit crooked because of the soldering of that oil intake for the turbo. How long would you say to take the pan on and off?

    Hi guys,
I'm new to this but I have a question. Following an Alpha turbo install, I have an oil leak and it seems that the reason is that when the pan was done (turbo oil intake) it warped a bit and now I have an oil leak. The dealer tells me it's 7-8 hours work to get the pan off and back on because he needs to lift the engine to do it. Have any of you done this before? And if so are they BS...ing me? Oh and I have to pay to get the pan flat and that's another $400... X( Please let me know if you have suggestions or solutions. Thx
