Great post @rabtech. I like the 'less is more' approach. I know there will be a time someone needs to be spanked, but now we know it'll be a group spanking. Not just one mod flexing a muscle.

I have QA-1 single adjustable with 250lb spring rate on the front and 350lbs on the back. The ride is awesome!
-
i am assuming you are referring to home brew.
It starts out that way. But then I compress it to fit into small bottles

My other hobby isn't really a money pit, but it does involve a lot of copper and grains.
-
So far the only plug & play are JRI and Bilstein. There's an outfit on eBay selling QA-1s as plug & play, but they say the spring rates are the same as stock. IMO that's pretty low with quality shocks. @Bill from Hahn RaceCraft is working on something, but we'll have to wait 2 weeks.

if there was ever a time moderators should step in and delete something, this is it! My eyes are bleeding!

American proud.
A guy told me it was disrepectful to have the American flag graphic on a Canadian vehicle. I had to ask him when Iowa switched countries. The dumb look on his face almost made up for the dumb comment.

Some members paid for premium membership $15 per year - no real benefits - it was one of the things they did to make the site appear more valuable. But here we get all the benefits and it is all free...that is why everyone is here
Welcome and congratulations on the new ride!
Be safe
Free? What do you mean free? Cameron told me it was $100 to join! Others got in here for free? What's up with that?

I usually smoke chicken so a simple salt brine the night before usually turns out some tasty birds.
For beef I like a couple simple marinades:
Fast marinade - 2Tbs melted butter, 1Tbs worcestershire sauce, 2 cloves garlic minced. Combine ingredients and brush on beef 10 minutes before cooking. I like to sprinkle Montreal seasoning on at this time.
Slow marinade - 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1Tbs lemon juice, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2tsp Montreal seasoning. Combine ingredients in large freezer bag and add beef. Let marinade at least 2 hours.
I haven't perfected a rub for pork yet. Many of the online recipes seem to work okay

Beach towel to cover the seats in the sun. Trash bags to cover the seats in the rain.

Of course you do.

Leaving the info on the second photo was kind of a giveaway wasn't it.
The cool thing about these is they're inserted through a vein directly into the heart chamber. No more surgery to make a pocket to hold the pacer for lot of people.

My wife came home from a conference in SF with a sample of a new and improved device that will help a lot of people. For 10 points and bragging rights, who can guess what this is. No, it's not the tape measure.

It's mostly noobs over there discussing tired old territory we all covered eons ago. They have NO CLUE what this symbol is:
What? Wait! You mean that's not one of your selfies as a kid? You know.. before your other two legs grew out?

I'll defer to the others that have had their bearing go out, but make sure your e-brake spring is in it's proper place too.
-
Yep! The lock works great with the new brake lever. I may get another one to use though. I mashed the crap out of the one in photo trying to shape it to fit the stock handle (round hole square handle). So it has some serious gouges and tool marks.

Would this work on the SS?
it does if you change the e-brake handle. It doesn't fit over the stock one.
