I have been riding on some JRi shocks I installed on my Slingshot more than two weeks ago and just love the way my Slingshot now rides. I can feel the difference in the ride and it handles a lot better than the stock shocks. Well worth the price!

Powered side mirrors. It takes two people to adjust the mirrors, one on the driver's seat telling the 2nd person where to move it too.

Me and my San Antonio Slingshot buddies will be there.

It is a personal choice you have to make. Get the one that really speaks to your likes. This way if you pick the wrong color you only have yourself to blame. lol

I ordered a low profile heat/sound barrier mats from Eastwood. 9 mats come in a box for about $90.00 and it can be cut and they are peel and stick. I places they them under my floor mats, behind the golve box and under the passanger seat. I will need to take on a test drive to see if it makes a difference. I will report back.

@McClendons- I was told it was one production run of the white LE models that have the problem.

Mine came with two fods. My wife carrys the second one on our rides just in case I lose mine.

Is your Slingshot a white one? I went to the dealer yesterday ( I have a 2015 grey one) and the service parts girl told me there is a recall on some of the 2016.5 white models becasue of the problem your wrote about. Your dealer should replace the seals. She also menitoned issues with the backup camera. My delear started notifying the owners from the production run that apparently have defected seals.

@ Chad Warren - I have the 2nd gen mats from Cycle Springs which do help but I live is South Texas where the temps get pretty hot in the summer months. Going to add it to the passenger side and where the pedals are to see if it reduces the heat a bit.I think your recommendation of changing the exhaust is a good idea. My friend added the headers and exhaust combo and he said it cut down the heat in the cabin. Thanks.

I saw this heat protection product "Xmat Sound Deadening" for $90.00 that comes with a total cover area of 34.8 sq ft. The video looks like it will provide some sound and heat protection. I am going to order and see if it cuts down the heat on the floor board and let you all know it it works. $90.00 investment.

My Sling buddy ordered them for me at $69.00 bucks for 4 plugs. I know there is a cross-reference chart his mechanic used. When I get home tonight from work I will get the info for you from the box. I live in San Antonio and I know he ordered them from a company in Houston. You need to be very careful when installing them. You can't damage the point because they will useless if you do. I attached a copy of the box but there is no part number on the box.
