Going to install CAI tomorrow, but slightly confused about the plenum that mounts over the throttle plate.
Its got a clamp to tighten, a very thin o-ring, and another split aluminum ring.
What is proper order for assembling these to throttle plate?
My seller didn't include any install directions. I thought I watched a vid about this but now that I need it can't find it.
any help appreciated. Want to have the proper idea before I start taking it apart. -
Just keep eye and make sure your brake is all the way down and unlock i have noticed my wife take of and I sometimes she doesn’t make sure is all the way down

Don't want to sounds like a party pooper but was wondering the status on the orders. Today is exactly 2 months since placing it and wondering how much longer?
Next week is Thanksgiving weekend and after that December is here.
If this is going to take 3 months+, um can I cancel?
Holiday season I travel a lot because of work and family so I most likely will not be here if/when it arrives.(Please don't take this as an insult, anger, hatred or any other form of negative comment. I'm just worried about the status and how my schedule will be during the Holidays).

ReggieI know the whole shop was closed yesterday, Friday -- Sunday. My order was 6 weeks old, and was just finished late Thursday, so I can pickup on Monday. Sounds like something fell thru the cracks with your order, as I ordered and paid in October. Suggest you call them or email your confirmation and ask what is status. I got the feeling they were making them in order they were placed.

Decided today was a good day for protecting my a$$-end, so followed @SlingLow instructions. At first glance it seemed like a lot of steps, but it really did spoon-feed the process. For my 2017 it was easier to pull off the top black trim completely as the lower piece didn't want to slide out very easily. Gloss black should be easy to keep clean, the plastic tub always looked dirty even after washing.
The directions were AWESOME especially about loosening the shock bolt, and jacking up to where the bolt wiggles free. Never would have found that sweet spot without some direction.
Pretty sweet and really dressed it up. Thanks much SlingLow.

If only, I've paid for a couple but not gotten delivery yet! Wheels are supposed to be done TOMORROW, and maybe my other (correct) part ordered in August will finally get here. Then shocks, CAI, some hydro-dipping gone awry, and will be done for the year.
Christmas was going to be a Bullet Speed louver, but will do racks instead. Then I can plan my Valentine gift from Bullet Speed. Bummer is birthday in August, too long to wait. But then there is flag day before.....

The dealership (car dealer) had a tender on it when I bought it. They removed it and didn't tighten the nuts.
Wow, you woulda thought the labor to remove was more than the $5 pigtail was worth. My dealer (Polaris) left the tender cord on, and when I asked about buying the charging head, they told me to go to Walmart, where it was a lot cheaper.
