Any of our exhaust will work with your combination. If your wanting to go with cat delete then either the WP Dual or the WP sidekick is what you want. You will definitely notice a power increase, Nice sound, with no exhaust smell with your setup. @tom and carol there are people that run WP exhaust with no fumes either but get enough of them out there with certain combinations of full windshields roofs etc. it happens. I'm convinced that every exhaust conf will get fumes with a particular combination - it a open cockpit vehicle.
Bottom line is if you call and let me know what plans you have as far as mods go or what mods you have. I can steer you in the right direction. If you purchased one for us and it does not work for you within 30 days simply put it in the box and return it and I refund your money.

The only way you can run the stealth without the cat is to put add an extension that brings the tip out then turn around 60degrees pointing it towards the side and at that point
-well - it's not too stealth anymore but you can run cat delete that way. If ordered thru us I can special make this for you.

@Moccasin Which exhaust do you have?

As far as the need for repacking the WELTER WP Dual - there are several systems with 15000+ miles and they're still withstanding the elements. The reason being we use a reflection muffler which only has steel and it up towards the engine were the hottest temperature and flames Are. The packing is merely used to mellow out some harsh frequencies and The placement towards the rear of the exhaust system is several hundred degrees cooler in temperature in the presence of flames are much less therefore it last over time better.

Now Baffles - most everybody uses baffles the wrong way to quieten their exhaust system down. The easiest fix in the world is to make the exit too small which kills the horsepower but Will definitely make it quieter. Even Polaris with the stock exhaust has done just that .

The baffles supplied in our exhaust systems added together will flow as much air as the main trunk of the pipe itself therefore there is no reduction in exhaust flow. What the purpose is is if they make the muffler work as in do it's job kind of like a tail pipe does.

@FunCycle The newer systems sound better than last years with the Hotbodies cans. Much quieter also.

If the transmission tunnel plastic is getting hot your wrapped pipe is more than likely touching the plastic. I'm 90% sure this is the case. take a look at it. If it's only barely touching you can either be in the bracket in the back my hand to give it away or else readjust the pipes moving/ bending the hanger bracket is easiest. Call me and I can walk you thru this if u like.
