Since I got the adjustable links, is there any type adjustments that will stiffen up sway bar or are these simply to keep bar unloaded at install?

I will admit, I read a ton on shock upgrades, I guess I just got used to stock setup and have ran it very hard, not to many shock upgrades back then, but I am planning to add the soon, I really know how mine handles after 20 k miles of hard cruising but know the stock shocks are not hi-performance by no means....
-
so your running a supercharger and you still have the stock sway bar? - - next thing you are going to tell me is you still have the stock coil overs
I'm just messing with you
Oh your killing me!!!!!!!!! Yes I am!!
I’m behind on my suspension mods!!!!!!!
I’ll get on it sir (Snappy Salute!) 🤠

Good to be home with my tools.... lol
Threw a wrench on right upper link bolt, loose as all heck, maybe that’s what let bar walk over that far. No worries though, by next weekend they will be history....😈
-
That was a good write up, the front end comes off easy, I had to pull it when I put on the SC, might just go ahead and order the bar too.
Red will look better also!

What - - - no sway bar?????
oh I will, get this stuff on and I’ll do that later this year! My trust in DDMWORKS accessories is 110%!!!
-
I just ordered DDMWorks links and bushings and a set of bar locks..... should be good to go by next weekend!
Thanks for all you help guys! Joe

you where correct sir!!! I put my ass into it and pulled it about 1-1/2 inches back and both are straight up and I bounced it and no more popping..... I’ll get them bar locks and that will take care of that. I didn’t think it would move that easy, I just noticed it this morning before loading it on trailer.... Thank you! Joe
-
I gave it a pull , it didn’t move but maybe I need to spit on my hands first!!
-
Loaded up on trailer, pretty good bind that right side is.....
-
Mine is a 2016.5
Thank you guys for your help, I tries search function first and just have my phone so if I missed a thread I’m sorry!! Joe
-
mine moved pretty good! Both links leaning over and when I held my hand on right one and jounced the suspension I could feel the pop holding on the top of link, no tools handy out here though....wife needed 2months of clothes and shoes....shhhhh don’t tell her I said that!!
-
Well that sucks they stopped putting them on, popping noise was driving me crazy!!
-
Did not know about those, I did a search but didn’t see anything about that, thank you for info sir!
Is that the correct part number?
I’ll try and find some when we get home.
-
I have been getting some popping noise on front end mostly going over bumps, progressively getting worse and more frequent.
I’m on vacation with wife in Eureka Springs , we hauled it up here, so I was looking at it after a nice cruise through twisty and noticed the cause is the Sway bar has shifted to the right putting links in a bind.... I know when I get home I can loosen and reset it but I figure it’s just gonna move again..... anybody else run into this and what’s the fix?
Thanks, Joe

What I got from this thread....
Use Pledge on black plastic, good to know!
I will be using this from now on.👍

I have had this same problem over a year now, I just use trip meters and reset when I fill up as stated a few post up, works well and keeps you cruising....
