Ready to finish up one of my signature dishes: Elk Balls. You'd be surprised how few Elk had to die to make this dinner possible.
How do they compare to calf fries. Love me a big plate of calf fries.

I never look, I shift by the sound of the motor. EricRedSL 70-90 is normal driving
As I posted a while back, I could not let my SS sit for more then 2 days or the battery would drain dead. Finally got the parts for the recall and thanks to my dealer I got to do a walk in again. Drank free coffee and chatted for about 30 min. Got back home and parked it without the tender, after a week I had minimal drop in voltage. 12.56 to 12.42 and it got freaking cold. So I am quite satisfied.
My boy moved to Vegas, I have not seen him since he left over a year ago. Not sure I will ever get up there. Thought about driving the SS a few times. Travel and hotels will break the bank.
Is new years over what day is it or time or year.
Peanut butter whiskey? Sounds like it has potential to be quite tasty. Is it tasty?
Also, yes, it is 2020 now around 12:30EST in the afternoon on the 2nd of January. That answers my other question...Is that whiskey strong?
[/quote]Very smooth. Goes great with any cigar.
Bill Martin and Danger Darrel turned me on to this drink from the Gods last Eurika Springs meet.

Got a CT scan, still trying to pay the MF off. Not having insurance sucks.
Rode to the dealer to see if the recall parts were in.
The gray needed some orange highlights. Love the punisher since it was a theme to begin with.

2 weeks checking my local walmart. Finally yesterday front of the shelf I found 2 one to open one to keep safe in the box. Now to find one more for the grand kids to play with.
Well crap I took the Alternator to Orylies and it tested good. So I have 13.97 at the Alt but 12.59 at the battery. I wondering if the fuse block has the recall issue. SOB I hate trouble shooting.
Ok so the left but when you cut the left blinker on are both signal lights if the front and rear working or are you getting the fast blinking lights
They blink normal just does not click off on its own.
Does it stay on if your turning in either direction or just left or right......also when it's stays on are both the front and rear signal lights blinking together...
I believe it is mainly left. Right will click off most the time.
Can always look for 2008 Pontiac Solstice too. Make sure it is the 140amp rated for use in the 2.4L version.
All the ones I looked up for 2008 solstice were only 120 amp
Mine will not auto click off it stays one. I never had any issues until I had my steering wheel changed out at a meet. I been told nothing they did would effect it not clicking off. Hmmmmm
So I went to go out the other day to take a ride and nothing. Battery was at 5.68 Volts. So charged the battery fired er up and put the volt meter on and the Alternator was only putting out 12.58 volts. After searching for local automotive stores that would have one for the SS I discovered that the 2011 Buick Lacrosse uses the same Alternator 130 amp. Just a FYI for anyone that was curious.
Display MoreWe have a Twist GullWing. Love it! The smoked plastic gives plenty of open air feel while keeping the direct sun off my face most of the time. Combined with the Madstad windshield we have all the ventilation you could ask for and almost zero fumes in the cockpit. I’ve looked at others and wouldn’t replace it for the world.

Love the gullwing top.
Regular washing and dry lubing is part of my standard maintenance program. Also note that the belt actually shrinks a bit with heat and the tension changes with the loading of the SS. That is when putting in stuff in the storage compartments, persons in the seat and weight transfer when accelerating. I run mine relatively loose, 1/2 to 3/4 inch movement on bottom when top is tight when loaded.
