You're messing up a perfectly good discussion with facts, what's wrong with you.
it's all good, slingblade now has this so he can explain how it works with law enforcement
-
Slingblade do you want a clue or the answer?
-
I was wondering the same, I haven’t seen anything from you that qualifies as a response yet.
waiting for you to tell us what qualified immunity is, come on bud, how does it protect from wrong doing?
-
Slingblade , come on bud, bring it, what's up
-
Qualified immunity is suppose to shield cops
Clue #1,... you're wrong, it has nothing to do with protection from wrong doingwant to try again?
-
Qualified immunity is suppose to
In other words, you have no idea,
-
please tell me what it means then
Hey Slingblade , still waiting, please give us your wisdom
-
And medical professionals are not protected like cops are from liability.
how are cops protected from liability? Please continue
-
You are laughing because you are either ignorant about it, or in complete denial about it.
please tell me what it means then
-
Hey Slingblade , do some research, more deaths are cause by doctors or medical people not knowing what the hell to do then all police shootings every year. Please prove me wrong,... oh, sorry, you can't
-
just a kicker - if they do away with qualified immunity - get ready for the Old West cause NOBODY will want to get sued for doing their job !!!
As cops should. Then qualified immunity isn’t needed. I believe no one should be shielded from law suites. The average Joe isn’t.
Slingblade, you are completely clueless about qualified immunity, and I'm sitting here laughing my ass off
-
and those shitbag doctors, construction workers and slingshot owners are financially liable for their actions and don’t get to hide behind qualified immunity.
Up until they do the shooting, would you argue for those 38 shooters to own and carry their gun? Just wondering.Yes, I think anyone has the right to carry and defend themselves. Guess what, all of them had previous gun crimes and some sappy ass judge let them back on the streets

I do know and have worked with a few cops from different parts of the country. From my experience, the ones I have majority been associated with wants all the accolades and respect of the badge they wear while doing little to actually earn it. There are exceptions within the ones I have known but they are that, exceptions. I won’t presume to know which group you fall into though, but you do paint something of a picture. If you are absolutely true full, can you say you don’t know any cops that doesn’t deserve to wear that badge, or have things in their service record that they should be held accountable for?
sure, I know some that are true shitbags and have right to stand there and say thank you when someone says thank you for your service. I know some shitbag doctors, construction workers and guess what, some shitbag slingshot owners too. But no one should use a broad paintbrush and say everyone in each group needs reform. Cops are dying every day because they are now second guessing what they should or need to do because of this bullshit BLM. Do the research, in my state so far 38 shootings this year. 4 years ago, there may be 2 or 3 a year. 36 of them, the shooter was Hispanic or black and from out of state selling drugs. Call me racist, I don't care, the facts are just that, facts, but crime does not have a color, it only has victims

I punched out at 25 1/2 years, enjoy that pension.
thanks, but it's not much, about $4000.00 a month. The good thing is I own 2 homes up here, plan the sell both and own my new home down south, so my only expense will be day to day items.

I do find keyboard warriors very entertaining when they throw wide generalities about cowardice.
Kicking doors in a video game and doing it in real life aren't the same thing.
Getting shot isn't what anyone "signs up for". It's a risk and different people handle risk those risks differently. Personal I'm ashamed of the officers who failed to act at the school. I also understand that no amount of training or equipment makes going through a door safe from rifle fire.
Did they commit a crime by not going in? Current case law says no but that can change. If it does you'll see an end to law enforcement. Good luck
We already see the decrease in law enforcement. I have 171 days to go before ending my 26 years in law enforcement. People don't like it, but the old saying is a dead cop can't help anyone,.. very true, it's tragic about any shooting. Monday night quarterbacking things don't help. I've seen firefighters not go into burning buildings because it's about to collapse, with people inside that died, they aren't getting sued or thrown in jail. Even the military no longer marches troops into an open field to be shot at. Hello!!!! McFly!! anyone there? Unless you've been there and done that, shut the fuck up!
I find it funny that most of the people that want blood from law enforcement are the first people who want cops to respond when they stub their toes and can't defend themselves because they ARE chicken shits

still have my original battery as well, works fine
