YO @VIPNiSS,
Glad to see someone else customizing their own lighting scheme!!!!! Got a question for you...Is the 80mm the one to use on the the inner most housing of the lights? Ready to pull the trigger on a few of these Halos. Just want to make sure I get the right ones. Not knocking any of the wonderful vendors we have on our site, but...some of the prices for some of their LED offerings are a little out of reach and (for lack of a better term), leave little to be desired. Self purchase and installation has saved me a lot of money, and has given me a little sense of worth. I like the lighting scheme I've created so far. I've still got a long way to go before I'm finished. But the journey to get there is just as fun!!!
I like the direction you are going with your lights! Keep up the good customized work!
Here you go.

Thank you for the parts list. I will be giving it a go.

eBay... for the big outer halos search "100mm cob led"
For center lights search "80mm cob led"
For the ones that go over the side headlights search "70mm cob led"
Then buy this and solder connections to the fusebox sold on slingmods or however else you plan to power them.

@Dave@DDMWorks and @Jeff@DDMWorks are both great guys! I bought my used ALPHA turbo kit from them and Dave offered me his shop to use to install. Dave and Jeff both even gave me a hand when needed and even let me use some of their tools. I don't know of any other shop that would of let me do this, especially when it's not their product. Dave even came and opened the shop for me on a Sunday cause I didnt finish the install on Saturday. I personally saw and heard people calling Dave while I was there to ask support questions on other peoples products and Dave still assisted them.
Every time I see them, they both treat me like I have been a customer for decades. Soon enough I will step over to the darkside - right @Dave@DDMWorks?

Yea. Let's not go throwing numbers all around. My wife reads this forum and she might find out that fully built forged engines are really more than $1000.00
Let's just say it's alot of fun to be able to do roasty tire spins at 100mph. But it does come at a significant price. DDM and Alpha both have supplied my toys at a discount and some even free so they could test and see how some of these items work together. But even after that help I have footed a rather large total investment.
Would I do it again? You bet... I love to be tossed back in my seat and held there while my SS is pulling hard. And I love to have all that boost working for me anytime I mash the go faster pedal. I have almost reached the limit with the ecotec engine. I know you can dial up more boost and you can do all sorts of other things to get more power out of it. But I don't need what I have now. I have mine dialed down to what it is now. I was serious about bumping the button on the dash and getting more power out if it. It will go several more psi. But now we are at 476hp. It just doesn't make sense to run it up any further and stress everything when it is crazy enough to kill me as it is.
Dave AND Henry are pushing the limits of these little engines and maybe by me purchasing and testing the latest devices and engine mods I can save you some hard earned cash. Their are many things that have been learned along my journey that will save you those mistakes. And I hope I have documented them on the forum for all to see.
But right now I have at least $1500.00 in my setup. And that's all I'm saying.....
You are missing another 0 before the decimal Rab but you don't have to tell the wife

Glad your okay!! If anyone still has the stock kenda tires I would highly recommend ditching them ASAP!!! They are horrible in the rain

YGBFKM. With a question like that, I'll send @sideseatdriver down to do it. She'll install it for you, AND bring your man card home with her to SC for safekeeping.
I just spit up my beer. Lol

Did I just see on Instagram...??? @slingmods is saying @Bill Martin getting a @Jeff@DDMWorks/ @Dave@DDMWorks supercharger?!?
Now that's what I'm talking about if true!!!
And uh... Just asking... But your Hahn Mr. Bill???
This is true. They pulled the supercharger from @Dave@DDMWorks sling to my understanding. That poor sling can't stay in one piece longer than a week it seems lol. Supposedly Dave and jeff were so busy that several of the guys on here jumped in and help do the swap! What an awesome family we have here.
I'm soon going to be trading in my alpha turbo for something else that DDM has up their sleeves
Ill be posting my alpha turbo up for sale once this happens

Just a reminder.... everyone is here to have fun. PLEASE do not push your Slingshot beyond your driving abilities. You have nothing to prove to anyone. Bottom line, everyone ride safe!
